📌ALBAY PROVINCIAL AGRICULTURAL OFFICE, CABANGAN, CAMALIG, ALBAY

🖋️ FINALIZATION MEETING ON THE INAUGURATION OF THE SHARED MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING FOR FEED PROCESSING, FOOD PRESERVATION, AND KURAKDING (MUSHROOM) FACILITY.

The proposed shared facility will enable the production of the Bicol's finest Kurakding. This will also help to promote diversified agriculture in the locality through mechanized production of cultured Kurakding. Likewise, the facility will serve as a training and demonstration ground for production of other types of mushroom like the white oyster mushrooms.

The BICOL ENTREPRENEUR FOR MUSHROOM AGRICULTURE COOPERATIVE (BEMAC), would like also to extend our warmest gratitude to the Provincial Government of Albay headed by Gov. Noel Rosal and the Albay Provincial Agricultural Office (APAO) headed by Sir Dha Buenconsejo for the guidance and assistance on the local mushroom farmers.

The Bicol Entrepreneur for Mushroom Agriculture Cooperative (BEMAC) together with BAFEACO conducted Mushroom Production Training among SLP Members in Brgy. San Francisco, Guinobatan Albay.

Masaya tayong nakapag-hatid ng kaalaman sa mga miyembro ng Sustainable Livelihood Program sa Brgy. San Francisco, Guinobatan Albay, na ginanap din sa Mommy Nitz Natural Farm na pagmamay-ari ni Ginang Cheryll O. Rebeta.

Ang programa ay naglalayon na madagdagan at mahikayat ang mga SLP Members na pumasok sa pagkakabute bilang pagsusulong na rin ng masaganang pangkabuhayan at masustansyang pangangatawan sa pamamagitan ng pagkain ng kabute.

Malugod din natin na pinasasalamatan ang mga panauhin sa programa na sina Ma'am Novz Condat at Sir Joey Cabadato bilang pangunahing tagapagsalita gayundin kay Sir Brandon at Ma'am Grace Teaño ng Municipal Agricultural Services Office ng Bayan ng Guinobatan upang magbigay ng suporta sa ating mga SLP Members.

"Sama-sama, bigyan natin ng buhay ang masaganang pagkakabute sa Albay"

Inspection of Bicol Entrepreneur for Mushroom Agriculture Cooperative (BEMAC) by the Cooperative Development Authority to ensure up to date documents and other matters concerning Cooperative Compliance.

Present during the Inspection were Ms. Nobelita Condat- Chairperson, Mr. Joey Cabadato-BOD Member, and members Mr. Shane Matociños and Ms. Salvacion Madrilejos together with the CDA Officer Ma'am Cristine Cantes.

🍄 “Ang Kooperatiba ay ‘Tayo’: Disiplina ng Miyembro, Tagumpay ng Lahat”
~Karapatan at Tungkulin — Hindi Hiwalay, Kundi Magkatuwang~🍄

Sa kooperatiba, walang “ako lang.”
Walang “sila.”
Ang totoo? Tayo.

Ang kooperatiba ay hindi negosyo ng iilan —
ito ay samahan ng may malasakit, may disiplina, at may paninindigan.

Marami sa atin ang marunong magsabi ng:

“Karapatan ko ‘yan.”
“Member ako.”
“May benefits dapat ako.”

At tama naman — may karapatan tayo.

Pero ang hindi natin dapat kalimutan:
Ang karapatan at tungkulin ay hindi magkalaban. Magkatuwang sila.

Hindi puwedeng gusto natin ng:
• Dividends
• Patronage refund
• Programs
• Loans
• Assistance

Pero kulang sa:
• Pagbabayad ng obligasyon
• Pag-attend ng General Assembly
• Pag-comply sa policies
• Pagpapalago ng share capital

☝️Dahil kapag may delinquency, hindi lang iisang tao ang naaapektuhan — buong kooperatiba ang nadadamay.

Kapag may hindi tumutupad sa obligasyon, bumabagal ang:
• Cash flow
• Expansion
• Community programs
• Collective growth

At tandaan natin — ang pondo ng kooperatiba ay hindi “pera ng opisina.”
Ito ay pinagsama-samang pawis, tiwala, at sakripisyo ng bawat miyembro.

Kaya kung mahal natin ang kooperatiba,
ipakita natin ito sa gawa, hindi lang sa salita.

♥️💝Ang tunay na pagmamahal sa kooperatiba ay:

💯Pagiging member in good standing
💯Pagiging responsable sa obligasyon
💯Pagiging aktibo sa mga gawain
💯Pagprotekta sa pondo ng lahat

Dahil ang disiplina ng bawat miyembro
ang pundasyon ng tagumpay ng lahat.

Hindi tayo perpekto.
Pero pwede tayong maging responsable.

Hindi tayo hiwa-hiwalay.
Tayo ay magkakaugnay.

At kapag ang bawat isa ay tumupad sa tungkulin —
ang buong kooperatiba ay aangat.

💯 Dahil ang kooperatiba ay hindi “sila.”
Hindi “ikaw.”
Hindi “ako.”
