We are looking for a driven and experienced Area Sales Supervisor in Cebu, Negros Occidental and Negros Oriental to lead and grow our sales operations.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support sales agents, dealers, and distributors in the assigned area.
Develop and implement area sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
Build strong relationships with customers, farmers, and business partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
Provide product training and guidance to the sales team and partners.
🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animal Science, Business, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management in the feed, veterinary, or agricultural sector.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in sales reporting, territory planning, and CRM tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the area.
Results-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
