GET RID OF ENEMIES OF PROGRESS IN YOUR LIFE
Do this in the morning and evening after your normal bath
Take a handful of sea salt or course salt into your bucket of water
Add a crushed firewood charcoal
Mix it well and leave it for 10 minutes then sieve it and bath your whole body
