Bonson was brought to the hospital for the main concern of Hematuria ( presence of blood in urine). Xray and blood works was done and confirmed that Bonson had bladder stones.
Fortunately, Bonson was diagnosed early and undergo surgical procedure called Cystotomy ( the surgical technique opening the bladder and removing the stone)
Bladder stones, often referred to as cystic calculi, are a collection of minerals that vary in size and composition that form in the bladder of dogs. They can lead to pain, urinary tract blockage, and recurrent urinary tract infections. Dogs with bladder stones, however, can not exhibit overt symptoms.
