As soon as I clean my room it’s full of pets. There is something about the energy of having a tidy space that we all are drawn too. They come in here and stay! Zen

We are slowly decluttering and organising our house and it’s getting easier and easier to keep tidy. This is massive for a secret slob!

EXERCISE: I used today as my day off. Let my body recover from my cold

FOOD: morning porridge is becoming a thing. Lunch was some tuna and dinner roast chicken and lots of veg.

DECLUTTERING: I got stuck into Harper’s toys. I did it all with her and we sorted a trash sack and a half for charity. We took our time - there is still a way to go but it’s important I teach her how to declutter because I’m just learning this stuff now at 40!

MEDITATION: hmm 🤔 maybe next week 😂

After a week of eating healthy and exercising I feel really good. My mind feels clearer. Weighing in and progress photos tomorrow. I’m not sharing my un**es photos 😂

I’ve got a bloody cold so today was a bit of a push.

EXERCISE: I went to the gym and then slept for half the day to recover.

FOOD: Dinner was delicious. Fresh fish and salad. I missed lunch because I was too busy sleeping.

DECLUTTERING: I did a tiny bit in Harper’s room. I’m counting that as a win.

MEDITATION: Still hasn’t happened
