Lockie was a residential kitty whose mum had to downsize & go into a home where Lockie couldnt go with her. Her mum was so very upset to have to leave Lockie so when I contacted her to tell her the good news & all about Lockies new dad, well she was so happy💝

Lockie is a 3 year old Tortie, a sweet quiet young lady who is confident in herself, pretty laid back & enjoys being fussed over.

So, her new dad whos retired will really enjoy spending time with her & give her - her next best loving home🤗

Thanks to Steven for adopting this little lady & for every one who donated to my rescue while she was in my care. You have all been a part of Lockies journey.

This amazing beautiful boy is tonight settling in with his new mumma & 2 fur-frends.

I remember being asked to help this boy who had been a stray for many many years. I researched & found posts back to 2018 with people trying to get him help😔

He came in hissing & angry, skin & bones, matted with fleas & anemic.

It took 24 hours for me to pat him & there was no looking back after that. He got a shave, medicine, wormed & flead & slowly built his food up from 4 small meals a day to 2 good sized meals.

He is still on some meds & will continue his bloodwork checks to ensure he clears his ailments but at least now hes goin to be in a warm home, snuggled on the lap of his very own person with cuddles n luv. Hes a gentle smoocher & i cant wait for updates to see how he gets on with his new fur-frends.

Thank you so much Dricky for giving this older ex-feral tom boy a loving home to live his best life. Your amazing.

Thank you to those who reach out & dont give up trying to help these older kitties.

And biggest thanks for those who donate towards the vet bills because these older ones need so much more care sometimes & repeated bloodwork etc. So thank you.

Sienna is from the Toyota Parts commercial building in Waiu St close to where I work.

This area has a lot of strays that a few people are working with to reduce the numbers.

Sienna came in with 2 from another litter, Toya & Tacoma & the 3 of them have been good friends since.

Sienna is confident in her own skin & is happy playing on her own but shes a bit shy still around people. So when her new family picked her even though she didnt go near them I knew she would have a good home because her new mum is super confident at getting in, patting & luving her up. So she will be supported in all the right ways to settle in & live her best life.

I know she will miss her besties but shes goin to be so spoiled & given so much attention that she is sure to blossom.

Thanks so much to Tara & Glen for picking a shy stand off-ish older kitten to luv.

🤗Puddin has been adopted

Beautiful old girl Puddin aka Gina has been adopted & tonight is in her new home warm n snuggly with a mumma to call her own.

This ol girl has been thru so much & still remains happy n smoochie n cheerful. Shes just a sweet darling of a girl.

She had been living ruff near a local kindy when the lovely ladies setup a dry bed & feeding station for her. Once trapped i could see she was once someones baby.

So, i got door knocking & with a couple of people saying they know her I was able to find her original owner. Gina, was 1 if 3 sisters at the house but sadly when Ginas bonded sister died she became depressed. Then the home owner got a boisterous dog & that was enuf for Gina to pack her bags & go.

So, after a lot of blood tests, teeth removal & care shes still giving it her all & im just so happy she gets to spend her remaining days with a very special lady who is now her mum.

This special lady volunteers for my rescue, gives so much time & love to the kitties here & also has been a huge support for me through some pretty rough times lately.

Thank you so much Georgina for all you do & for opening your home to this dear old girl so she may have a home. Your a very special lady🧡

Is Available For Adoption

Tonight he had his final vet visit with me & Im so happy to say he has the all clear to now be adopted👍

Katsu was seen scrimmaging through the Woolworths carpark rubbish bins around 9pm one night by some lovely people were having a driving lesson.

He was head down in the rubbish basket with bum up in the air which is not unusual - however, the issue was his rear end was covered in blood!

So I took a trap down with some yummy chicken & within 5 minutes he was cawt. After getting him settled in I could see his tail was missing & this had happened a day or so ago because it was no longer bleeding. So after talking with vets that night I was able to give him some pain relief then had him checked out the next day.

Well long story short, hes had his tail sorted, hes desexed etc & well now hes quite the smoocher.

He is still a little unsure of inside noises, he tries reàlly hard to please & follows me round trying to be close for cuddles & luvs tummy rubs.

He does still guard his food but other than that hes a lovely young man.

We think hes possibly around 2 years old.

He has made friends with young Clifford so could go as a pair or would be ok with other cats as long as he eats in his own space.

And have settled in well with their new mum.

These 2 were part of "The Laundry Group" that came in a bit sickly with cat flu. They were only 6 weeks old so lovely Olivia took on the role of surrogate mumma & raised them alongside her baby of the same age.

Olivia being very soft n gentle helped bring confidence to Sushi & Surimi which in turn had them be fun loving cuddly Kitties.

Thanks to Charlie for giving a beautiful home to these kitties, i know their in great hands & will live happily with their new fur-anty💝

🐾Duncan is Adopted🐾
And is already connected to his new mumma🧡🧡

He was originally a stray kitten that someone started feeding but could not get vet care for. So he grew up to be another stray tom cat, trying to find a home & scavenging for food, until a lovely couple took him in.

They earnt his trust, got him desexed & chipped & then they actually found the original owner. Sadly the original owner did not want him & so I was asked to help.

This young tom who came in shy has grown into a gentle ginger. He is very considerate, never hisses or uses his claws, he always looks n asks for attention but is never pushy.

When his new mum called to book a viewing of my kitties I kept thinking of Duncan & I just knew this was the right family for him.

24 hours in & hes purring, needling & giving his mum all his love which shes giving back 2x fold. Luv you Duncan & so very proud.

Thanks so much to Tracy & Family for originally taking care of him & thanks to Felicity & family for giving him the home he deserves.

Thanks to everyone who donated towards his care while with me. You have been part of Duncans journey & are the reason hes found his family. Thanks so much everyone.

I need to ask for some help again, sorry.

Adoptions are going well but funds are tight with having repeat bloodwork for some oldies & repeat meds for some youngins the vet costs have snowballed a bit.

I pay normal retail prices so it is expensive but I wont compromise the care for these kitties & Im just so very lucky that the amazing team at Petvet LH manage to always fit us in.

Petvet LH bills are up to $730 & food bills for this week will be just over $800.

I also need urgent foster placements for some cats so if you have a spare room & can give some time to care for some kitties till November you would be helping save lives🖤🐈🐈🐈

But first I need the all clear from the wonderful team at Petvet LH to ensure hes healthy & ready to go off to his new forever home.

Hes 10+ years old & had been a well known stray tom for many years before coming in. I found posts about him dating back to 2018!😯.

Hes now a smooch ball of luv & all he wants is cuddles. I luv ex-feral tom cats they are so connected when they find kindness & the right support.

Today he was such a good boy, nice n still for the bloods to be drawn up out of his neck & now we wait for the results.

Todays tests will be around $300 but my bill here is already at $500 so if anyone would like to help, please donate to kitties account.
