BUT in most cases:

If a brand sent it because of your account or influence - whether that’s free product, payment, a giveaway prize, or a discount code - the commercial relationship should be clearly disclosed.

👉 The safest approach is to use , Advertisement, Paid Partnership, or Gifted prominently at the beginning of your post.

And here’s the key bit:
The disclosure must be clear, prominent, and easy to notice - usually within the first interaction someone has with the post.

That means putting or at the very end of a long list of hashtags may not be enough.

Under New Zealand ASA guidelines, responsibility sits with both the brand and the creator to ensure advertising is clearly identified and not misleading.
