Thought it was time my number 1 ginger and cheif babysitter got a mention !
Bandits been my cheif ginger now for 9 years. Hes great with the young ones when they are being weaned to teach them people arnt scary. Hes also been the horse that gave me my showing bug having shown him since he was a 2 year old. 🥰🍊🦄

Looking back on when it wasnt 5°c and torrential rain 🥶💦
Looking forward to getting out and about again this season (fingers crossed Covid stays away 😷)
Also looking forward to the foal I have due this season out of miss Diva. Most likely another 🍊 to add to the crew 🦄🍊🍊🍊

This past weekend we should have been competing at the South Island All Welsh Show but unfortunately it was postponed to a later date. Ponies now enjoying some well deserved pony time, chilling out in the Southland sun ☀️

Another great weekend away with WR Tiny Dancer aka Dani. South Otago A & P show on Saturday winning her yearling pony class and then onto Reserve Champion Youngstock in the Pony ring. She also won her yearling partbred class in the welsh ring and then onto reserve partbred welsh ! So stoked with this little pony 🦄🥰

Recently one of our broodmares Glynmawr Queen of the Meadows (aka Emma) attended our local Newcommers show in Inhand Welsh and also made her debut for us in Lead Rein. 🦄🥰

Last Sunday these two babies went to the Southland Youngstock & Foal show. Both Kayla & myself were super impressed with their behaviour there. Still a few things for these babes to work on but it’s all about getting out & having good experiences. Thank you to the committee & volunteers who organised this show always good to have somewhere to take these babies so they can start learning what the world is all about.

Emma & Daisy had some wee visitors today!
First time being led by a child for miss Daisy and handled it very well ! Even having a wee spook was happy to come back into her wee handler :)
