Hi everyone.

Just an update as to why I am all over the place with my messaging and grooming feedback currently. My hubby and I had finally taken a break at the end of Feb for a wedding in Australia. We came back early last week after only 5 days away. I was also scheduled to be away this week again, sorting a family matter, however I am currently unwell with the latest flu - All clients affected by these changes are aware and have been re-scheduled into my overlap days. I am back to work this Thursday hopefully with a new bounce in my step. I will check my messaging in the coming couple of days, Thanks for your understanding.

Hi Everyone

Just to let you know I will be away from this Wed 23rd Oct until and including Tuesday 29th Oct. I am heading North to visit family and ride a bike race (well for fun anyway). So I will most likely be off line for most of the week. I will attend to anything urgent however. I wish you all a lovely and safe Labour weekend break. Photo: My dogs at Mitre10 were not all that impressed with the shopping trolley ride 🤣

This is George and like most Shih Tzu's - he was a little sensitive about me playing with his front legs/paws. Of course this happens with some of my other clients so I just pop them into my hammock. They relax and I get to finish the job. Sometimes I wish I could swing too - looks so comfy.

These two beauties enjoyed my shampoo - one had the nourishing and the other soothing. No complaints and even Rocky on the left is telling me how happy and good he feels afterwards🤣

Hello everyone:

I just wanted to reach out and let you know I am looking at changing my shampoo range to a more natural and local supplier. I have some samples in at present and have already found the product lovely to work with. Feed back from one client has assured me that the dermal shampoo on one of her dogs changed her behaviour immediately upon returning home. Her dog had suddenly after a couple of years of grooming, started to hide under the couch after her groom. After changing her shampoo she was back to normal with no issues. Please let me know if you wish to try my new sample range on your pup and all I ask if for some feedback from you about the result. I am also happy to on-sell the product to you if you wish to have a home supply. Thanks H

Wow and here we are again everyone - my new home! Just letting you all know that I have settled back home and everything is working to plan. Who would have thought from Hel on Wheels to Hel on Salon! 🤣. My days and hours again are Monday - Thursday with daily appointments of 0800, 1000 and midday at the moment. This may change as we move towards the summer months. I currently groom only small and medium dogs and unfortunately no de-shedding due to my environment. I have a couple of spots available for new clients, so send a message if you need to book your pup in. Onwards and upwards!!

One so far on my couch today as I wind down here at the authentic salon that I have groomed at since post the fire. Time to move and see what this working from home feels like. I imagine, lots of coffee!! I will catch up on messages once I am moved and I have all clients sorted. Hello Everyone

Just a quick note to say that the winter bugs have found me and unfortunately I am down for the count. I have been advising my clients daily about the probability of having their grooms completed so far, .however I have now received medical advice to rest. So for those affected, I will be in touch over the coming days about finding an alternative grooming time and date for you. In the meantime, please seek another grooming service if your fluffy best friend is in real need and we can get back together on their next groom. If you have any concerns about your current bookings, please just private message me on this page and I will get back to you when I am able. Apologies for the inconvenience caused....

Hello Everyone:

Wow where has this year gone!! Just to let you know, my salon will be closed from 4th - 21st May. We are finally heading away for an overseas trip to wash away the past few years of Covid and our fire. Yes it is now 3 years nearly to the day that I lost my van!! On that note, I am also in the process of preparing to move my business again unfortunately. I will be sure to let everyone know what is happening once I have things worked out and ready to go again. All current appointments that are booked will be fine. In saying that, there are no appointments until mid to late June now. SO...thanks to all my lovely clients for supporting us and I look forward to seeing you all again soon.
