That's a wrap!! The last of our horse safe fencing is done! Gallagher Equiwire for the top wire and Duncan Equine Black Shockcoat for the bottom two - hot and safe! Super happy with all the product we chose especially from Duncan Equine Group - our Stable gates have had some many wonderful comments on their look and safety 👌🦄

Incredibly proud of Zac who walked away with "New Zealand Stablehand of the Year" at the New Zealand Throughbred Horse of the Year Awards for 2025-2026. Zac has had such an amazing time at Prendergast Stables - and is very lucky to have Lyn teach him all of her knowledge.
We are super proud Zac and grateful to have had a tiny part in the start of your amazing Career - well Done Zac!! 🐎🏇

We’ve been pretty quiet on here since our shift but just know we’ve been working hard!
Stables are in, fencing is nearly finished and we have some exciting things on the way in the next few months for Otago horse people …here’s a few pics of the work quietly going on … I’m getting quite an expert on insulators and tying off Equiwire and Shockcoat 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼A huge thanks to Boland for XFence installation, post driving and everything else in between, if you need equine fencing done get in touch with Casey👌🏼
