Prince
1994 – 2025
For 31 beautiful years, and for 20 of them by your side, Prince was more than a horse—he was a quiet force of strength, a patient teacher, and a loyal partner. In his early days, shy and wary, he taught the importance of patience and trust. And once that trust was earned, he gave it back completely—with the kind of loyalty and gentleness that only a truly noble soul can offer.
Over the years, Prince taught countless people to ride—young and old, nervous or eager—and never once failed to keep them safe. He became a steady guide not only in the arena but in the lives of everyone lucky enough to meet him. In his later years, he gave even more: through therapy riding, he brought peace and courage to those who needed it most. He served with a calm grace that seemed to come from a place beyond words.
He wasn’t just well-behaved. He was wise. He listened, he watched, and in his own quiet way, he spoke—offering connection to those who took the time to learn his language. And you did. The two of you built a bond that no words can fully explain, a partnership forged through love, patience, and deep respect.
Losing him is a huge blow—but so is the impact he left behind. He lives on in every rider he taught, every person he comforted, and every quiet moment you shared.
Thank you, Prince, for all of it.
You were—and will always be a legend.

It is with much sadness that I have to inform you that our beloved Prince, aged 31, on Tuesday afternoon 8th of July 2025, died of a horrible paddock accident, he tumbled, fell and punctured his lung, he had been with us since 2006. He is our legend, our hero and an amazing leader of the herd. he will be sorely missed. We are still in shock and the other horses are wondering where their leader has gone to. Cerocco keeps staring into the distance....
He was used the most for our therapy students. Now Sonny will take his place. ( although no one will ever match Prince.)

Great riding lesson for my client Olivia who’s vaccine injured with Myocarditis and other issues but she’s making great progress and detoxing her system of all the crap that is in those jabs. Horse therapy has also been a great part of her healing .

Great highlight for Athalie! Riding Freedom after a long gap. I think she enjoyed and Freedom was a star. Both did very well.
You can still ride while having Parkinson's.
