We’ve recently started using a new product across our team, trialled on both the racehorses and the rehomers, and we wanted to share our experience with you all.

Vetpro kindly gave us the chance to trial Digest-Rite Sport+ (DRS+), and after seeing the results, we’ve chosen to keep it in our feed bins and continue purchasing it ourselves.

The biggest change we’ve noticed? Boris.
Bo was always a good guy to handle, but he could get a bit extra after a night on the grass. Nothing too wild, just full of beans. Since starting on DRS+, he was consistently himself, even after a weekend turned out on the green stuff!

Tuki Update 🖤

Tuki has been home with me in the South Island for just over two weeks now, and I couldn’t be prouder of how far he’s come. He settled in so quickly and has taken to life here with ease, paddocked with his new best friend, Tilly - a stunning warmblood mare! And honestly behaving better than most domestic horses!

He’s now confidently going under saddle at walk, trot, and canter, and has even been out on two group hacks with his friends. It’s hard to believe how naturally he’s taken to it all.

One of the most rewarding parts of this journey has been watching his personality unfold. Where there was once a quiet, guarded horse during the taming process, there’s now a curious, expressive, and relaxed soul who genuinely seems to enjoy life.

He continues to teach me so much every day and we’re only just getting started

It’s pretty cool to see this horse this happy! He’s always been looked at as a stallion to not show much emotion but working under saddle his is happy place!
He loves the adventures, the go and is showing so much confidence
