It was our 2yr old Chante’s turn. We took her to Kirwee A&P and was only her 2nd big show. She did so so well and came home with a first for youngstock. She is gonna be something special watch this space! She is from Major Roche/ Glidawn Diamond and Captain Rio/ Sir Tristram lines

We went for a visit to Wi******er today which was a long drive and a first for our Jazz Ceol Roche from Major Roche (and also coalmans touch line) for that distance but he still performed beautifully getting fist young stock and 2nd out of colt/gelding section among others but interesting to note how well John (Sean) O’keeffe is doing with him getting first for best handler … again… that’s 4 competitions in a row now.

Jazz standing nicely in the Led Supreme section during the judging (this is all winners of all led categories) … he didn’t win this one but gosh he was up there !

Our little Jazz Roche Irish Draught surprises us again not only taking out the young stock Hunter section but also Supreme Hunter .. he’s doing so well and is only 2 against these older ones!! Go Jazz!!

On this miserable day our Jazz from Major Roche Irish Draught was not phased and performed so well at the NZRA Allbreeds with 2 firsts, a second and 2 thirds plus Sean won best handler so awesome! Plus do u see the white horse this is also an Irish Draught from the Coleman’s touch line (Jazz Dam is from this line too). Great to see them in winning circle too! Go Irish Draught!

Jazz is our little Champion at only 2 years old he won or placed in every category including First in Combination and even was the overall Champion in his inhand section - Fun day at Pegasus Spring Show :)

Introducing Jazz another offspring to Major Roche An Irish Draught Stallion enjoying his day out at the show. This gelding is 18 Months and going through a bit of a growth spurt standing aprox 15 hands. He has a very cool personality happy to be on his own or in a group. A very good listener and wouldn't hurt a fly. He is 7/8th Irish draft descending from Kingsway Diamond and Colemans Touch from his Dam and Farmhill Highlander and Gildawn Diamond from Major Roche An Irish Draught Stallion line

Introducing Chante our 18 mth old Irish Draught x Thoroughbred with Major Roche An Irish Draught Stallion a descendent of Farmhill Highlander and King of Diamonds and Trudie who is a descendent of Captain Rio and Sir Tristram. This was her first show and she did so well getting 3rd Youngstock. She has a lovely trot and good conformation. She has a lot of character and loves to work. I think she is going to be something special when she develops fully.

Thanks to Dayffd Flye and Dallas Hopkins for all the work you did training the humans and the horses. We really appreciate your expertise and patience.

Chante and Jazz had an adventure this weekend at the Brecland Show competing in the Hunter/sport horse section with 12 other horse.

Chante got 3rd Young stock and Jazz got 4th.

We are very proud with our 18 month old standing out against some much older and stunning competitors (Spot the Black horse that got second!). This was Chante's first show ... soo proud of Major Roche for producing these fine young horses.
