Meet Zoe (formerly Zulu), who came to me last week after I was contacted by the lovely Sarah, one of our local KHH Representatives, letting me know an older and possibly pregnant mare needed a home. After Willow’s passing I had been interested in adopting another Kaimanawa mare, so it seemed like things had fallen into place just so…

Zoe is a beautiful Kaimanawa from the July 2025 Muster, Zone 20. She began her handling journey with Noa at NKS Equestrian and is now with me at Willowdale to continue settling into her new life. Zoe is around 20 years old and does have arthritic changes in her joints, so my aim is to give her as comfortable a life as possible for as long as she would like… Thank you to Sarah and Noa for trusting me with this wonderful girl. 🐴☺️
