We had the CUTEST visitors in the salon today — Cashew and Gracie! 🐶🐾

Cashew was living her best life during her groom — she even rolled over for a chest brush and nail clip like the happy little fluffball she is 🤣💅

We are super excited to announce that we have another dog groomer starting at Posh Paws on the 8th of July! Meet Cerise!

With nearly 14 years of hands-on experience in the grooming industry, Cerise brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and heart to every dog she works with. Originally from Christchurch, she’s excited to now be grooming in beautiful Queenstown — offering the same high standard of care that’s earned her titles like Groomer of the Year and Salon of the Year across Petstock Australasia.

Cerise specialises in working with nervous or previously mistreated dogs, using her signature calm approach and endless patience to build trust and make grooming a positive experience. She’s trained countless groomers from scratch, managed high-performing salons, and is known for her eye for detail and creative flair — from breed-standard trims to personality-packed pet grooms.

When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her with her two beloved Lhasa Apso-Chihuahua mixes (both therapy-trained), exploring new hikes or dreaming up dog-friendly adventures.

Whether your pup needs a full makeover or just a gentle tidy-up, they’ll be in the safest, most experienced hands with Cerise.

For numerous reasons, Franki and Fetch is temporarily stopping business as a “regular” grooming salon.

I will keep a very small number of dogs on the books to help my clients with special requirements, and will communicate this out individually. I will decide and communicate this out by Tuesday next week.

To my fellow salons, I will still be available for relief work, so please feel free to message me when you are in need.

I have loved grooming your dogs, and I’m sorry if anyone feels disappointed or let down.

Hopefully we will be back up and running in the near future.
