CANCELLATION POLICY
For those of you that are not aware, sadly due to an increase in clients canceling/resheduling with less than 24 hours notice I have had to implement a cancellation policy. Cancellations/resheduling with less than 24 hours notification will incur a charge of 50% of the groom price at the discretion of Happy Paws. I am not unreasonable so of course if your reason is an unavoida
ble one and you could not have been reasonably expected to give notification any sooner then the fee will be waived. It is your job to take note of when your next booking is and keep track of it. 'It slipped my mind' or 'I am on holiday' is not a good reason for a late cancellation/reshedule. Appointment reminders are sent out the night before your appointment but this is a courtesy, please do not rely soley on this to remember your appointment. Late cancellations/resheduling often doesn't allow for me to rebook your appointment, resulting in a loss of income for me. I'm a small one woman business and can't afford for this to continue. I've had to make the decision to implement this policy to safeguard myself and my business. �
