During our last visit to Christchurch in May, we were fortunate to find a whare that perfectly suited our needs — and, most importantly, the needs of our fur babies. With plenty of outdoor space to run and explore, it was ideal for Pounamu, who, as he grows, needs all the space he can get to burn off that boundless energy.

Today, we're tucked up indoors, enjoying the warmth and each other’s company as the rain gently falls outside — a quiet moment in contrast to our usual outdoor adventures.

We’re excited to begin sharing the journey of Māma and Pounamu living life in the beautiful South Island.

Pounamu is growing exceptionally !!!

The loyalty & love he shows for us & our babies is beyond amazing.

Playful like his inner pup with the kids & babies but mature and protective to guard and protect the home front & family, an adventurer searching for branches or leaves so his mum can take it away 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️

We are off back down to Christchurch for our 4th nieces grand arrival 🥰

I swear this is Pounamu except he wacks us with his paw to wake up (very demanding) and then for dinner he is always on time and will be a terror until we notice the time 🤣🤣
