ADOPTED

PANCAKE [ID #20165]

Female
10 weeks
Location: PETstock Ellerslie, 199 Main Highway, Ellerslie

Personality: Pancake was the second smallest in her litter and has taken a little longer to gain weight but loves her wet food (soaked biscuits). She is super sweet and although smaller than her siblings this doesn't stop her playfighting with them. She is spunky and still loves to cuddle.

Ideal Home: Pancake will suit most homes

Adoption fee: $ 250

DRACARYS [ID #20091]

Male
4 months
Location: Hillcrest - Home Adoption

Personality: Dracarys came into care alongside his four siblings as a very frightened kitten. At first, he was so scared of people that his foster mum needed gloves and a towel just to handle him safely. Since then, he has made incredible progress and has grown into a sweet boy who now enjoys human company. These days, he’ll happily curl up beside his foster mum for a nap.

Like many shy cats, Dracarys will hiss when meeting new people or adjusting to unfamiliar environments. He will need a patient and understanding home willing to give him the time and space to settle in at his own pace.

The best way to bond with Dracarys is feather teaser toys, temptation/bonkers treats and cooked chicken. He loves being fussed over and will reward you with purrs.

Ideal home: He would do best in a home with other cats, as he loves feline companionship and gains confidence from having them around.
He has been fostered in a home with other cats, teenagers and a calm cat savvy dog.

To help him settle in, Dracarys should start out in a smaller room with limited hiding spots. Once he feels safe and comfortable, he can gradually be introduced to the rest of the house.
He will need to be kept inside for the first few months. Please ensure all external doors and windows are kept closed to prevent him accidentally escaping.

Adoption fee: $ 250

ADOPTED

ELLIE [ID #19961]

Female
4.5 years old
Location: Waitakere - Home Adoption

Personality: Meet Ellie!
Ellie is the life of the party and she wants the world to know it!
This confident wee girl struts into a room ready to make friends.

Ellie is mostly deaf, which means she relies more on visual cues and vibrations rather than sound. Cats like Ellie adapt incredibly well — she doesn’t know she’s any different and it doesn’t hold her back at all. She communicates beautifully in her own way and is very expressive.

She loves to play, chatter, climb and explore, and she’ll happily let you know when she wants cuddles (or dinner!). Ellie would suit a loving home that understands her needs — ideally an indoor or secure environment — and is happy to use clear visual signals and routines.

If you’re after a confident companion full of sparkle who will thrive with a little understanding, Ellie is your girl 🐾✨

Ideal home: Ellie would suit a wide range of homes — families with older children (8+), adults, or seniors — and gets along well with other cats. She does not live with dogs and should be kept indoors only due to her being mostly deaf.

Adoption fee: $ 100
