So why are we doing this auction? Let's talk a bit about horse welfare and the importance of education!

Rodney Animal Rescue believes the best owner for a horse is the one they already have, and preventing emergencies/poor welfare outcomes starts with education. Their Education Fund supports first-time owners, especially those taking on OTTBs, to set both horse and owner up for success.

Here is what the RAR Education Fund offers:

- 1-on-1 Mentorship: Tailored guidance on nutrition, paddock safety, groundwork, and OTTB care.

- Support Network: Access to an exclusive group with equine professionals to answer questions.

- Financial Assistance: Case-by-case help for ulcer scoping/treatment, dental floats, farrier sessions, and feed support.

Every bid on their auction directly helps fund these essential resources, keeping local horses healthy and in knowledgeable homes.
