Hey all :) its been a while since I've posted! Life gets busy and so do we. So heres where we are at:
Unfortunately I was unable to catch the tortie before she had her kittens. She has been coming twice a day for food and will very soon bring her babies with her. Until then, its a waiting game. I cant yet get her desexed as her kittens will not be old enough to be left on their own so once things fall into place, we will get her and the babies sorted 💚
Beautiful Tux became a much loved family member and on of the best cat babies we've had. Unfortunately Tux didnt come home one night and despite looking for days and weeks, we havent seen him since. For those of you who have followed our story, cats have previously and recently been shot around our property. Hence why im trying to rehome all these babies. We have our suspicions about what happened to Tux but we cant prove it. My heart breaks for these cats getting treated like a sport round this area.
Knox has made himself quite at home with us and now rules the roost (at least he thinks he does) and fluffy has learnt to clean all the iddy-bids out his tail properly so he doesnt need to be groomed 😂
There is a new Tom whos shown up. Big ginger boy who is gentle in nature, timid and despite being naturally large, he is very skinny and looks like hes had a fairly hard life thus far. He always comes last for food and is disliked by the other cats so once they have eaten, i shoo them away to give him space to relax. He seems comfortable in my space periodically so i shall give him time and look after him from afar. Desexing soon.
Thank you to all who have, and continue to support me helping these babies. It means the world. So to yours from mine, Merry Christmas and a happy new year 🩵 stay safe, tell people you them, and eat drink and be merry!
Love,
Alex, George dog, and all of the furr babies
