Just a Crazy cat lady rescuing cats. A local non -profit Cat rescue, based out of Putaruru.

Hoping to eventually lessen the amount of unwanted litters born and abandoned every year, and to find loving homes for those already in care. With over 15 years experience, ever step taken is to ensure the utmost care of our charges. If you need help with stray or wild kittens, do not hesitate to get in contact with us, for if we cannot help, we can most certainly refer you to someone who can.

Our favourite calico is running low on her special food
She's doing SO well on it, having lost over 500g so far 😍
Unfortunately due to her anxiety, her weight snowballed after refusing to leave her crate for two weeks after we moved house, and it's been a battle, but we're finally winning!
She's on Hills Perfect Weight, and if you'd like to donate towards her next bag, anything and everything is always greatly appreciated ❤️

Marshmallow peep ❤️
This gorgeous girl started life as a wild kitten, but now she lets me pick her up, smooch her, and just LOVE her. She's still a nervous Nelly but with the right home, with the right person, she'll continue flourishing and blossoming into the best companion ❤️
What is the right home?
A family with older children, a couple or an adult living alone looking for a friend, she'll do fine with or without other cats, but she hasn't been around dogs.
Who is the right person?
Someone who can be patient and kind, and let peep adjust in her own time, without being rushed, someone who will let her build her trust slowly and carefully.
The time it will take for her to trust someone new will be absolutely worth it

It's not something he's always done, which shows just how far this sweet boy has come!
He just needs someone to take a chance on him, someone with time, love and patience to let him trust, and feel safe enough to show them the real him.
