Demi (Glenaic High Lady of Velaris at Cedarhill) had her very first shows on Friday and Saturday! She was such a confident little lady, loved every minute of it, and did so well. On Friday she came 2nd in her class, then on Saturday she took 1st place in her first show and went on to win Best of Breed Baby Puppy automatically.

I absolutely adore this girl, she’s full of fun and personality, and such a big teddy bear 🥰

8 week old puppy photos!
I snapped them a day early since two head off tomorrow 🥹, with the rest leaving over the next few days. We’ll still have two hanging around for an extra week.They’re so ready for their new adventures now. This week has been full of baths because muddy paws seem to be their specialty. I’m excited (and a little emotional) to see them head off to their wonderful new families soon.

I couldn’t be happier with the families these pups are going to. They’ll be loved, spoiled, and cared for in the best possible way. 💛💛💛💛

Pups are 6 weeks old already! This week the pups have had so many visits, especially from children, which has been amazing for their socialising. They’ve also started spending their days outside and exploring a bit more of the world.

Happy 5 weeks to my Jake x Navey babies! 🥰

Honestly, this has been the best week, they’ve been so much fun and it’s been awesome watching all their little personalities pop out. I’ve been keeping a close eye on each pup so I can start working out which families they’ll suit best.

I’ve been using an app called Soundproof Puppy Training with our puppies, and it’s been such a great tool. It plays all sorts of everyday sounds, from vacuum cleaners and fireworks to kids playing and traffic.

I usually have the sounds playing for parts of the day so the puppies get used to them in a calm, safe environment. This way, they learn that these noises are completely normal and nothing to be afraid of.

Early sound exposure is so important, because the last thing we want is for puppies to grow up and have a fear response to everyday life. By introducing them to these sounds now, we’re setting them up to be confident and resilient as they head off into their new homes.

4 week puppy pics! 💕

These little cuties have been so busy this week trying out their first food, playing with more toys, and we have been adding in more sounds to get them used to all sorts of things. They are full of energy and are starting to show their little personalities. We are so excited to have some of the families that they’ll be going home to come visit soon such a special stage to share! 💕

3 week old puppy photos! 📸

Big day for the pups today, they all had their very first bath and their first worming tablets. We also carried on with some ENS and ESI they even got to sniff possum fur, which had everyone very curious. Lots of little noses working overtime today!
