Pet sitting only (in your own home) - $30 per day (travel charge if out of region TBN)

Pet sitting at my home limit to 1x dog per day $20 must be well socialized with other dogs as we have 2.

After doing some gardens today for a regular, I come across this beaut! 🕷
My first ever encounter with a wolf spider.
They do have venom, but it isn't harmful to humans. FYI.
This thing was pretty big. Probably the biggest spider iv ever held.
This little thang, had the ends of 2 of its legs missing. When spiders lose a limb/s they can regenerate new limbs when they molt (shed their outter shell , because they have exoskeletons- much like how crabs, crayfish etc shed as well)
However, if this spood is old, it won't ever molt again (they stop moltting when they grow to a certain size) meaning it will stay an amputee for the rest of its life.
I love spiders, and it's a dream of mine to hold a Goliath bird eater some day (biggest spider in the world) they are so big, their name gives them away.

Just wanted to jump on and introduce myself.
It was bought to my attention recently that I didn't have anything about myself on this page. So whilst alot of you know me and who I am, there are a few new followers of this page that don't know what I look like or who they have spoken to when they have made enquiries etc.

Please don't let my looks be deceiving to you. I may look a little intimidating but I can assure you, I'm the biggest softie.
Anywho.. Iv had a bit of an influx of last minute enquiries for over Easter, however I am fully booked over this period. With people even being booked 2 months+ in advance.

Unfortunately there is only 1 of me.

Recently we had the pleasure of looking after these 2 gorgeous 🐕 🐕 and 3x 🐈 🐈 🐈 for 6 days.
Rango, the beautiful and shy greyhound, and Layla, a 12yo yorkie/Sydney silky mix.
Both opposite ends of the size scale, but Layla gave off big dog energy for sure.
Not alot of people realise that even though greyhounds have been used for racing, they can be rather lazy breeds. (Rango has never raced, he has been a pet only) When Rango wasn't protecting me from cats, birds, or people walking past, he was happy chilling and lazing about on his bed or with his toy monkey. Layla made sure to be protector of the house but also took plenty of naps in her down time. This made our walks really nice and easy. Both amazing lead walkers.
FYI- looking after Rango was the first id ever heard a greyhound bark. And iv met quiet a few.
The 3 kitties were absolutely gorgeous and loved having a play with their strings and chase them around as well.

Slots are booking up fast with spaces taken 18-21st april, 15th-16th may, 2nd-8th June And 10th-18th august.

I had the pleasure this weekend of looking after Totahi and poppy in putaruru. Not only does house and pet sitting mean that your home will be secure while your away, but it also means your pets won't be stressed, by taking them out of their comfort zone and put into kennels.
It was an absolute pleasure to watch these 2 over the weekend and it also gave me abit of a break from the hustle and bustle of town life.

I can offer the community, day sits, over night house and pet sits (at your home) or house sitting and leaving at night, with your house and pets secure until I return the following morning.
Day sits and the latter would only be suitable within the matamata area. House sit and pet sitting package can be offered to matamata piako district as it means I won't be commuting daily.
