Smart Bowen Therapy is designed for athletes. It releases connective tissue that becomes glued when the muscles contract. From a lymphatic drainage point, the treatment heaps remove toxins from the body. It also gives the animal back its freedom of movement. When unwell in a specific area, the body off-loads until there is nowhere to shift the weight to. This is when an arm or knee collapses.. Or

in animals, a stifle, knee or hock. The warning we get in horses is a splint, lameness, on one rein and a change in demeanor. If the pressure is not taken off that leg, the horses tendon are generally the next thing to go. The bio-mechanics show up any imbalances when there is a problem. My treatment is holistic. In order for me to complete the treatment, i must also look at all other aspects - teeth, feet, saddles, the balance of the rider and in some cases-diet. I travel thoroughout nz if i have enough animals in far away places to make the trip feasible. I look forward to meeting you & making your horse and/or dog a happier more comfortable animal..
