Waiotu River Retreat Paddock camping by the river. Horses welcome. Dogs by arrangement. Toilets availabe. BYO 💧 Overnight camping - non powered riverside tent/motorhome/caravan site.

MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN DRINKING WATER AND TOILET/SHOWER.

2022 UPDATE the toilets/ showers are currently unavailable. Visitors - picnic/swimming by koha. Arena/round pen hire/use by negotiation.

Bunk house/toilets/showers

Bunk house & equine facilities for hire by negotiation for events/clinics. DOGS permitted by prior arrangement. Must be people friendly, stock, chicken and cat proof. NO PROVISIONS FOR RUBBISH/RECYCLING
You must take your rubbish away with you.

Weather is mild...looks like we might get some rain to fill the water tanks.

We have space this weekend if anyone's interested in camping.

Can also offer the use of 3 x 2 person tents but you'd need to provide your own mattress, bedding etc.

Few things to consider:

Children MUST be supervised at ALL times.

No glass on site

Life jackets for ALL children who are not confident swimmers.

BYO drinking water

Please take your rubbish home

Bonfires ok by arrangement

No wandering without permission - horses, ram, chooks , dogs etc

Pick up your dog p**p we have a spot for p**p

NO CRAPPY LOUD MUSIC!!!

Kayaks available to use if you don't drag them and your prepared to put them back.

If in doubt ask!
