๐Ÿ‘ป Meet Ghost! ๐Ÿ‘ป

Ghost decided that a rock would make an excellent chew toyโ€ฆ unfortunately, his teeth disagreed! ๐Ÿฆท๐Ÿ’ฅ While chomping away, he managed to fracture one of his front teeth.

Thankfully, Ghostโ€™s observant owner noticed something wasnโ€™t quite right and brought him in for a check-up. The arrow in the photo points to the toothโ€™s pulp, which contains blood vessels and nerves. When the pulp is exposed, it can be very painfulโ€”just like a broken tooth would be for us!

Our very own Dr. Alex performed an extraction to remove the damaged tooth and get Ghost feeling comfortable again. ๐Ÿฉบโœจ

Ghost is now on the road to recovery and feeling much better. We just have one piece of advice for him: treats and toys are greatโ€ฆ rocks are best left on the ground! ๐Ÿชจ๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿพ

Well done to Ghostโ€™s owner for spotting the problem early and getting him the care he needed. ๐Ÿ’™
