Free range pooches NZ is a family owned and operated business in North Canterbury New Zealand
Yes we are free range, our dogs are not locked up while we are at work! This is our job. We always have a staff member here with our dogs as our dogs get top quality care and love.
We are members of the DNZ, CKC, ICBS, MDBA and we are also a registered LTD company
Michelle worked as a vet Nurse for 18 years in a small-animal practice in Christchurch. During this time first studying and attaining a Diploma in Animal Care, then Veterinary Nursing in accordance with the Animal Technology and Nursing Board N.Z. and a Certificate in Animal Industry Services – Dogs. In addition she has completed a certificate in Canine dog obedience and a certificate in Small Business Management.
Michelle and Chloe are both NZCAC certified microchip implanters.
We are proud to be approved by AIR NZ to offer you a domestic pet transport service
This is a family run business and Michelle's daughter is always here to help in the busy times
We are based on a farm in north Canterbury NZ
Free range pooches NZ donate to the SPCA and Dog Watch.We also support miniature schnauzers of christchurch and French Bulldogs Christchurch christmas events.
Free range pooches NZ are always investing in staff training.
We breed Miniature Schnauzers & French Bulldogs, board dogs, groom dogs, run a mobile vet nursing service and have a shop here and an online shop for all your dog needs.
We also enjoy showing some of our dogs over the summer.

We do FULL BREED DNA PROFILE TESTS ON OUR DOGS , EYE CERTIFICATES ON OUR SCHNAUZERS AND BRACHYCEPHALIC OBSTRUCTIVE AIRWAY SYNDROME CERTIFICATES ON OUR FRENCH BULLOGS. ALL OUR DOGS GET A FULL YEARLY VET CHECK.

Due to the high demand for our boarding facility over prime holiday periods we require a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to secure your dog's booking.

PUPPIES
We concentrate on breeding a great line of puppies to ensure good temperaments and markings and no health issues in our lines.
Puppies have had a through vet check, had their 1st vaccination, wormed regularly.
These puppies are raised on top quality Puppy food.
They come with an information folder, personalized vet book, pet insurance, blanket & a toy.
Price for a puppy is $2200 from 22/6/20
A $500 deposit for a miniature schnauzer puppy is required to secure your puppy. Non refundable
