Important Update: New Cancellation Policy Effective April 1, 2025
Dear Valued Clients,
I regret to inform you that due to an increasing number of last-minute cancellations, I must implement a new cancellation policy to help sustain my business. Over the past few months, these cancellations have resulted in significant losses—up to $500 in missed opportunities to accommodate other clients.
Please consider how you might feel if your employer sent you home during lunch without pay. As this is my sole source of income—with no additional support, holiday pay, or sickness benefits—I rely entirely on your cooperation and understanding.
Cancellation Policy Details:
• 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost.
• 12-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will be charged the full price of the service.
• Group Bookings: If you are part of a group booking, please try to find someone to take your slot if you need to cancel.
If you need to cancel, please provide as much notice as possible. Upon cancellation, I will contact you with my bank details and the exact amount due. While I would prefer not to charge these fees, this policy is necessary to cover losses and ensure the sustainability of my services.
