Shelters for 5000 Koshi Disaster Victims of Nepal

Koshi floods hits occasionally in the settlements of poor, marginalized and livelihood based on livestock people. Both humans and animals are affected from the floods. People living in that area cannot afford brick built their shelters. So they suffer in terms of health, nutrition, shelter and safety when flood hits them. Shelters constructed will provide to the poor and marginalized people storage for feed, belongings, their animals and themselves in time of disasters.
We are going to raise fund for the construction of brick built shelters erected 3 to 4 meters above the ground with sufficient feed and belongings storage space, toilets, safe drinking water management and space for animals and humans accommodation to relive them from the calamity.
Global Giving, an philanthropic organization from America is providing us a platform to help us raise fund for the cause. We have our project details in http://goto.gg/11878 . We need to raise $5000 from 40 donors within November 26, 2012 to December 31, 2012 to find a permanent place in the website of Global Giving, so that we could raise remaining fund.
2. SAWM Nepal, Nara Narayan Sharma, is participating in the Global Giving Challenge to be effective from 26 Nov 2012 to 31 Dec 2012.
