As the holidays sets off,

I want you to know that we are taking a break and it's not just the end of the year holidays.

I am taking a break for a while.

I have considered various options but this is the best at the moment

The last sales we had in JULY happened in the RDT and we sold all available products, infact i had to make a promise to someone who was buying from us for the first time but we couldnt meet up to the order because we rolled out based on first come first serve

why am i telling you this, you need to join the RDT early enough so that you already have the access to buy before its time to another sales!

our next sales is in November!

Somebody tell me why I still receive messages from Nigeria telling me that I have just got a job and I should click on one link or call one number like that!

It's now even like they all just copy the same scam messages and edit the salary in it 😒 🤣

One said 50k another said 26k another 60k... only me😅

The last time I sent a message to a customer that their order is ready. I sent it on WhatsApp

I then saw his DM on Instagram asking for confirmation if it was really me!!..

I didn't know those people have started using WhatsApp too sha

But I am glad he reached out on IG. Thank God the bio says it all.

And thank you for still trusting us, in any case we will still make the best out of any situation.

i have actually noticed a few apps

i mean apps built for veterinary businesses

let me be specific, i have heard about 2

the vetconect apps and the cleva app

i have heard about the app before , it was introduced to me, that we can use it to keep records, day to day sales, track debtors and other financial analysis

considering that vets have limited knowledge in the above, i believe it is a needed solution, it will save you money as a starter because you do not have to suffer financial loses because you cant hire an accountant and you obviously cant do all the calculations

i think the app is also available to farmers and farm owners

the other app will be app

i think this one connects pet owners to veterinary doctors closest to them

can help me out here, because i have seen him promote the brand. but i had also seen the brand for the firdt timemon linkedin

this is also an amazing solution

it simply means you can be in the corner of your room and get help for your dogs and cats

it also means if you are new in an environment, you don't have to keep looking around for veterinary clinics, you can use your phone!

we live in exciting times guys

here in the UK almost every business will send you to thier website and ask you to download thier app

sometimes i roll my eyes, like just because i need a car to move houses?, just because i want to get a custom made cake?...

OFFER PET SERVICES

instead of opening your pet shop doors and always expecting customers to come, you should begin to think of other actions you could take to bring actively bring customers in

emphasis on actively

this is where offering pet services comes in

you can begin to offer, for example

pet care talks where you can help pet owners with information regarding ways to care for thier pets, what they should do when they just introduce thier pet to the home etc

another example will be to invite an expert e.g a dog/catgroomer, dog breeder, cat breeder, a veterinary doctor to help out your community of pet owners.

there are so many examples

all you need to do is sit down and think of what your customers need in form of services since you already have the products

then provide these services or collaborate to provide these services

then market your products alongside
