Acknowledging the small wins is knowing you are making progress and on track to reaching the big goal.

The images above are the progress of our tomatoes and pepper.

Yellow Watermelon were first grown in Africa about 5000 years ago and then went through cross-breeding to produce red watermelon.

It is rich in Vitamins and Minerals, generally slightly sweeter than red watermelon and has a honey-like flavour.

Not only that, you can also find the contents of citrulline, amino acids, lycopene, potassium, and Vitamins A & C.

It is rich in fiber and natural Sugar, which is good for people with diabetes. They contain more of the antioxidant beta-carotene than red watermelon. Beta-carotene is thought to protect against cancer and eye disease.

It’s high water content makes it ideal for keeping you hydrated and it tastes delicious.
