Peanut is a sweet 6.5-month-old ginger girl who stayed with us for the first time during the Malaysia National Day holiday 🇲🇾✨

At the beginning, she was very shy and quiet, often hiding in the corner of her room. Luckily, her owner came well-prepared — bringing her favorite pillow, toys, and even a shirt with their scent, so Peanut could feel a little piece of home with her. 💛

For the first two days, she preferred the comfort of her private room. By the third day, she slowly opened up and started exploring the common area, although she still kept her distance from our store cat — Peanut values her privacy! 😸

She has her own little rhythm here: sometimes leaning in for chin scratches and forehead pets, sometimes letting us know with a hiss when she needs space. That’s just her way of telling us her boundaries 💕

We’re so proud of Peanut for being brave on her very first stay with us. 🌸

Few weeks ago, we had a sweet family of four visiting us: Tutu, Patchie, DenDen & Dee Dee! 💛

Tutu, Patchie & DenDen stayed in our bungalow rooms—they’ve visited before, so after a tiny adjustment on the first day, they quickly got comfortable. ✨

Little Dee Dee is a shy orange kitty visiting for the first time. With a small leg injury, we arranged a cozy studio room for him to rest and heal. He loved hiding in corners and behind his food bowl, making him extra cute! 🥹

Tutu (orange & white) loves lounging in her room and soaking up the sun 🌞 Patchie (calico) loves to explore and play with staff, then curl up on the cat tree when tired 😴DenDen (black & white) is full of energy, super playful, and adores cuddles—always climbing high to check things out! 🖤🤍

We’re so happy this lovely family trusted us for their stay. 💕 Can’t wait to see them again in future!

Recently, we welcomed a very special guest — Sky, a little boy cat with a gentle and shy personality. 🌙

As soon as Sky arrived, we immediately set up a quiet corner for him to settle in, allowing him to observe the surroundings and gradually adjust to this new environment.😽

While he was a little shy and not quite ready to come out and snuggle for the first few days he arrived, we’re super glad he opened up and was so ready for us to give him as much affection as possible! 🥰

Sky got loads of time outside his room as he’s also an outdoor cat who loves to explore but for his own safety we could only allow him to have an outdoor view 😭 He still enjoyed his time nevertheless and spent most of his time just bird and human watching 😬

A while ago we had two brothers that stayed with us at MIAO, Hotel Kucing for a while and we are so glad we met these two rascals 😍

Meet Mocha & Latte! ☺️ Both of them love cuddling together by the wall cubby whenever possible to share their warmth 🥰 However, as much as they are siblings, their personalities are super different 😮

Mocha loves hanging back in the room, chilling by himself and only loves to show his cute side whenever people come and give him some head pats and chin scratches 😁 There’s not a day that goes by that Mocha does not let us know that he demands the pats and scratches 🤣

Latte on the other hand, always lets us know when he wants to come out of their room for their daily play time! He’s super curious about Churro, Bagel, and Donut and luckily he made friends with them super quick! 🥹

It was a blast having to care for these two little furballs even though the both of them have very different needs 🥰 We hope to see you two again very soon!

Say hello to Nellie, our quiet little royal guest who’s been staying with us at the cat hotel! Nellie is a graceful girl with a strong sense of personal space and a love for peaceful solitude — truly a princess through and through. 👸🏻🐾

She prefers the comfort of her private suite over mingling with the crowd. While other cats may explore the playroom, Nellie would much rather curl up in her cozy spot and enjoy the quiet life. We totally get it — luxury means privacy, right?

Nellie can be a little unpredictable with us — one moment she’s sweet and accepting gentle pets, and the next she gives us a little hiss to remind us who’s boss. But we know it’s all part of her royal personality — she just wants things on her terms. 😼💅

She recently went for a grooming session and came back a little flustered — we all know how stressful beauty appointments can be! Since then, she’s been going through a bit of a mood, taking her time to process her feelings (as any diva would).

Despite her ups and downs, one thing about Nellie never changes: she’s always a good girl when it comes to mealtimes. 🍽️ She always finishes her wet food and treats, although she tends to leave a few kibbles behind — very on-brand for a dainty princess!

Princess Nellie, you’re a mysterious little gem — and we love you just the way you are. 💖🐱✨

The first time we met Miso, she was a petite little lady, with eyes full of curiosity… and just a hint of nervousness. When she first arrived at our cat hotel, she was very cautious— moving slowly and quietly, like a little detective exploring every corner of her room, watching us from a distance with those curious eyes. 👀

But it only took a day for her to begin warming up.
She slowly let her guard down and started showing her sweet, affectionate side.

🌞 During the day, Miso is a quiet girl— she enjoys lounging in cozy corners, silently observing us as we go about our work.

When it’s time to come out to the common area,
she’ll gently come over for a little head rub,
showing her soft and cuddly side just for humans.
She’s still quite wary of other cats— if any get too close, her “watch mode” activates instantly!Graceful, alert, and always keeping a polite distance. 🐱

🌙 At night, Miso turns into a little night owl.
She moves around quietly in her room, stretching, exploring, and doing her own little routine—
calm and independent, like she’s enjoying her own private night time. No noise, no fuss—just her own little world. 💛

Though her stay was short, Miso left behind a lasting impression as a gentle, smart, and independent little soul. We hope to welcome her back again soon! 🥰

This Hari Raya holiday, our cat hotel welcomed many lovely guests — and among them was a special fluffy friend named BunBun! He’s a large, gentle grey cat with a calm presence and the softest heart 🐱💗

It was BunBun’s very first time boarding, so he was a little unsure at first. When he arrived, he was wearing an Elizabeth collar, gently put on by his owner to stop him from touching a healing spot above his eye. But sweet BunBun didn’t seem too happy about it — he wasn’t eating or drinking much, and just sat quietly in the corner with a confused, slightly sad expression 😿

After chatting with his owner, we agreed to remove the collar to help him feel more relaxed — and just like that, BunBun’s mood completely changed!✨

He became much more active, started walking around curiously, and even came up to sniff our hands (a big sign of trust from him!). His appetite came back too — he began eating with much more interest, and we could tell he was finally starting to feel at home 🍽️💕

Even though BunBun is a big cat, his personality is super gentle. He enjoys lounging in cozy corners, watching quietly, and sometimes walks over just to get a little attention from us — we’re so touched every time he chooses to be close 😽

We’re so proud of how well BunBun adapted during his first stay with us. Hopefully next time, he’ll walk in like a confident pro! We’ll be here waiting for him 💖

This mischievous-looking little kitty is named Theo 🐱✨ It’s already his second time at the Meow Hotel～🏨The first time he came, he was a bit nervous because he wasn’t familiar with the environment, and he didn’t want to interact with us humans at all 😭 Whenever we got close, he would go “brrrr”like a little engine 🔊
Even though he was in a bad mood, he never hit anyone ✊❌

This time he has made so much progress! He’s starting to let us pet his head～And he even plays with his favorite stick toy 🪶According to his owner: Theo is an absolute stick toy fanatic!🔥He still doesn’t like being picked up, so it’s a bit hard to carry him back to his room after playtime. But we came up with a trick—using the feather toy to lure him back, easy and without making him upset～😎🪄

He absolutely loves his free-roam time, and every time he comes out, he doesn’t want to go back—he just plops himself down at the front desk 🪑like he’s saying, “Can I get a part-time job here?” 🐾💼 He also has a little cleanliness obsession 🧼—his room is always the cleanest one, what a good boy～🫧🍃

We hope to see Theo again next time～
and continue buzzing together 🐝

The first time we met Cheetah, we were genuinely blown away by her elegance. She’s a Bengal cat with the grace of a little lady — slender legs, quiet footsteps, and a way of moving that feels like she’s always on a runway 🐆✨.

She was super sweet to us from the beginning. Every time we walked up to her, she’d gently hop down from her transparent food bowl 🍽️, come over with that soft little head tilt, and let us give her some light pets — always so composed and gentle 😽.

Eating and drinking? No problem at all. She’s independent, never demanding, and always keeps to herself in the calmest way possible. Honestly, a little angel 👼.

Fun fact: when she goes to the litter box, she has this hilarious habit of pawing at the air or the wall next to her — as if she’s trying to cover it up, but totally ignoring the actual litter. It’s like the most graceful pretend-clean-up ever, and we can’t help but laugh every time 🫣😂.

The only thing is… Cheetah’s not a fan of being picked up. She also seemed a bit nervous around our cat managers 😅, so she didn’t really come down to explore or play this time. But we totally respect her space, and we’re hoping that next time, she’ll feel a bit more comfortable around us — maybe even chase a wand toy or two 🎣.

We had three siblings stay with us during the Raya period: British Shorthair J***y, White Cat Luna (pic 1), and Riri (pic 2), who stayed in the studio. It’s rare to meet a whole cat family this chill, outgoing, and naturally friendly.

J***y and Luna stayed in the Semi-D. Their days were filled with little dramas and fun. The wall-mounted wooden bed was a favourite—Luna usually claimed it first. Sometimes J***y would sit right on her head to share, other times he’d settle on the floor, quietly watching us work.

Their room always smelled nice—likely from their shampoo. You could tell they were well cared for at home.

One funny thing: during free-roaming time, J***y always turned left, Luna always turned right—like they were on patrol duty.

Mealtimes showed their personalities too. Luna preferred licking treats over eating kibble—sometimes even swiping J***y’s. He ate from his special bowl and always finished first.

Riri, the calmest of the three, stayed in the Studio. Older and one-eyed, he gave off a quiet, gentle vibe. He ate and drank well, enjoyed company, and never caused trouble. We often saw him by the window, soaking in the view like a little old soul.

Even at play, Riri was steady and calm. When it was time to return to his room, he’d stroll back with ease—no fuss, just grace. He’s a cat you remember: gentle, polite, and full of quiet charm.

These three sweethearts made each day feel peaceful and joyful. We can’t wait to have them back for another stay.
