Mimi’s journey with us is one we’ll always remember.

On her first stay, she was a very timid girl, scared, not eating, and always watching the door, unsure of everything around her. It took her a few days to regain her appetite, and we knew she was slowly trying to trust.

And then… she came back for her second stay.
This time, it felt like she remembered us. The shy, nervous Mimi we first met was now much more confident and relaxed. She adapted so quickly, and it was such a joy to see her true personality shine.

Every morning, she happily greeted our caretaker, excited to start her day. She became more curious, more playful, and even started mingling with our store cats 🐱✨ Watching her walk out of her room with confidence instead of fear, it honestly made our hearts so full.

Mimi, thank you for trusting us and letting us be part of your journey. We can’t wait to see you again for more happy days at the hotel 🐾

Somewhere in the past 2 years,
Miao Hotel quietly became more than just a place to stay.

It became a space where shy cats found courage,
where playful ones never ran out of energy,
and where every little personality was understood and loved.

Every check-in came with a story,
every goodbye came with a little more trust.

We didn’t just take care of cats—
we grew with them, learned from them,
and built something meaningful, one paw at a time.

Meet our adorable guests — Jamil, Sudin & Maira.

Sudin is a big boy—his owner always jokes that he’s the “fat one”. But don’t let that fool you, he’s actually very calm and gentle. He loves quietly observing his surroundings with his curious eyes, and he’s super manja, always coming over for some pets from the caretakers.

Jamil is the playful boy of the trio! Always ready for some fun, he brings so much energy and joy wherever he goes.

And Maira… our sweet little princess. She’s quiet, very gentle, and a bit of an introvert. She prefers staying in her cozy cubby, enjoying her own peaceful space.

Each of them has their own unique personality, but together they make the cutest trio ever.

Meet Xiao Mei, our sweet and playful guest at the cat hotel! She is an active and curious girl who loves exploring her surroundings and enjoying her playtime.

One of her cutest habits is that she loves to quietly sit on her pillow and watch outside, as if she’s deeply observing the world.

Whenever she comes out to play, she instantly turns into a little “energy machine,” running, jumping, and especially enjoying toys like teasers and plush balls. She’s very interactive and full of personality.

We’re so happy to have her here, bringing so much life and cuteness every day.

Meet Roro.

Roro is a Napoleon / Minuet with the cutest little face and short legs. He spent his holiday with us at MIAO Hotel at the end of February.

On his first day, Roro was very friendly and curious while exploring the environment together with his owner. However, after his owner left, he became a little shy and nervous 😞. He didn’t eat on the first night, but he was still very gentle and friendly with our staff.

We spent some time petting him and playing with him to help him feel comfortable and relaxed. Luckily, on the next day, Roro started to eat some kibbles. Over the next few days, his appetite improved a lot, which made us very happy!

Roro seems especially comfortable with our store cat Donut — we think Donut has officially been approved as a friend ✔️ As for Churro… well, let’s just say Churro is still under observation. Sometimes Roro gives him a little hiss to remind him about personal space 😂

During playtime, Roro loves going to the playroom. He was very curious about the treadmill and even tried walking on it. Sometimes he likes to sit quietly in front of the glass window, watching the outside world go by. Most of the time, though, he enjoys chilling and taking peaceful naps.

Every day we get to see a little more of Roro’s sweet personality, and it’s always lovely watching him feel safer and more relaxed here. We’re so happy Roro spent his little holiday with us 💛🐾

Our recent guests Kiwi and Zuma 🐾

Kiwi is an Abyssinian and Zuma is a Bengal, and the contrast between them is very obvious — one slim, one chubby; one energetic, one quiet.

On their first day, both of them were a little nervous. Kiwi was a bit scared but very clingy, while Zuma was more defensive and even hissed at first.

After getting used to the environment, their personalities started to shine. Kiwi became very active, running and jumping everywhere. Every morning when we open the door, he’s the first to dash out and explore.

Zuma, on the other hand, slowly warmed up to us and now likes to come closer for some gentle pets.

Different personalities, but both equally adorable. 🐾💛

Peanut (pic 1), Butter (pic 2), and Kitten (pic 3) visited our hotel during the past December. From the moment they arrived, they caught our attention with their beautiful long smooth fur. Kitten was the smallest of the three and very quiet at first. On their first day, all of them were a little nervous and unsure about the Miao Hotel environment.

During the first few days, Peanut would hiss occasionally, while Butter and Kitten were calmer and preferred to sit quietly in their room. As the days went by, Peanut and Butter slowly opened up and became super friendly. They loved coming close to our staff for pets and chin rubs 🥰

Kitten also showed her true personality—she turned out to be very active, with an excellent appetite. She finished her meals very well and sometimes even helped herself to Peanut and Butter’s food 😋

It was truly a wonderful time taking care of them. Honestly, Peanut, Butter, and Kitten are absolute angel cats 😊
