Statement

Recently, we have received feedback from our customers that certain individuals representing another brand have been spreading false and misleading information about our Pet Esthé SPA Series Super White Shampoo. They have shown a video in which the shampoo appears to emit a “fluorescent” effect under ultraviolet (UV) light, claiming that the product contains harmful fluorescent whitening agents.

We hereby make the following clarification:

Pet Esthé products are developed based on the French A.D. Prince concept and are manufactured in Japan. The production facility is operated by Merry-do Beauty Products Co., Ltd., a company with over 70 years of history. It is among the very few factories in the world that have obtained ECOCERT certification for pet products, and it operates strictly in accordance with the international standards of ECOCERT / COSMOS.

We hereby declare:

Regarding the “fluorescence” phenomenon, an official letter from Japan has provided a scientific explanation, which is attached for reference.

Pet Esthé products are made exclusively from natural ingredients with the highest level of safety recognized throughout history.

All ingredients in this series are biodegradable and environmentally friendly, ensuring true harmony with nature.

Pet Esthé products contain no animal-derived ingredients of any kind.

We respect fair competition, but we reserve the right to take legal action against any acts of malicious misinformation or defamation that harm the reputation of our brand.

近日，有顾客向我们反映，市场上有某品牌人员针对我司所代理之 贝特爱思（Pet Esthé）SPA 系列 Super White Shampoo 散布不实言论，并向顾客展示一段在紫外光照射下，沐浴露呈现“荧光”现象的视频，声称该产品含有有害的荧光剂。 对此，我们郑重澄清如下： 贝特爱思产品秉承法国A.D. Prince理念，由日本制造。其生产工厂隶属于拥有逾70年历史的 美丽多株式会社（Merry-do Beauty Products Co., Ltd.），该厂为世界上极少数获得 ECOCERT 宠物用品认证资格的生产设施之一，并严格遵循国际认证机构 ECOCERT / COSMOS 的操作与标准。 特此声明： 1）有关“荧光”现象的成因，日本官方信件已作出科学说明，随函附上以供查阅。 2）贝特爱思所采用的皆为历来安全性最高的天然原料。 3）本系列产品的所有成分皆可被自然界微生物分解，真正实现对地球环境的友好。 4）贝特爱思所有产品均不含任何动物性原料。 我们尊重公平竞争，但对任何恶意误导或损害品牌声誉的行为，将保留依法追究的权利。 特此声明。
