There will be 100% return and refund is our piggie is unhealthy and wound. DoToDoo Guinea Pig Hotel Boarding Terms & Conditions:
- The health and welfare of our guests is very important to us, please ensure all your guinea pig are in the tip top condition before it stay on our hotel, we reserve the right to refuse to board any guinea pig that is clearly unwell (flu, mite/lice, cough, fungus and e
tc) or that we consider could be dangerous other guest will have the right to reject the stay if found out that your Guinea Pig.
- Whilst every care and attention is taken during boarding, responsibility for the guinea pig's care can only be accepted at the owner's own risk and the management will not be liable for illness, injury or the death of any guinea pig whilst in our care.
- We must be provided with the name and phone number of your veterinary practice. Should your guinea pig become unwell whilst in our care, we will endeavour to take him/her to your chosen vet (Penang Island only). If this is not possible we will take him/her to a veterinary practice of our choice. Any veterinary fees our medicine incurred whilst in our care are payable by the owner.
- Advance booking will be held for 1 day (depends on room availability), to secure a booking with us, we require a deposit of Rm50 per guinea pig, this deposit is transferable or refundable and deposit payment will be refund during checkout.
- Boarding fees are payable in advance or on the day of arrival, by online banking or E-wallet or cash.
- In the event of the owner returning before the end of the period for which the Guinea Pig is booked, the full period will be charged.
- Check out time will be before 12pm and check in time 3pm-9pm. The day of arrival is charged at the full daily rate, however we do not charge for the day of collection, if your guinea pig is collected before 12pm.
- DoToDoo will not handle (such as carry, hold, bonding with other guinea pig or playing with your guinea pig) guinea pig. During daily cleaning we will have the minimal touch for cleaning up the part of been dirty.
- In the event of the owner not collecting their guinea pig within 7 days booked, the DoToDoo reserve the right to re-home the guinea pig as and when we think fit and recover all expenses incurred from the owner.
