🔴Dr. Jenna 's love for animals started way back in her childhood and has fueled a dedicated career. After completing her Doctor in Veterinary Medicine, 👩‍⚕️Dr. Jenna Dyall has specialized in wound management and reconstructive surgery; she has also obtained the WSAVA certification of pain management in small animals and is currently furthering her knowledge in traumatology and orthopedic surgery.

⭐She has an impressive dozen years of experience caring for animals. As the Director and veterinarian, Dr. Jenna ensures that maintains the highest standards of veterinary medicine. 🔥 Hot spots got your furry friend scratching up a storm? 😩 Those pesky red, inflamed patches (aka acute moist dermatitis) can be a real pain! Let's talk about what they are and how to help your dog!
What are hot spots?
Essentially, they're superficial skin infections triggered by excessive licking, scratching, or chewing. This can be caused by allergies, fleas, boredom, or even just a little moisture trapped in their fur. Think of it as your dog's skin throwing a mini-tantrum! 😫
Signs to watch for:
* 🔴 Red, inflamed, and often moist or oozing patches of skin.
* 🐾 Excessive licking, scratching, or chewing at a specific area.
* 😢 Pain or discomfort when the area is touched.
* 🦠 Potential hair loss around the affected area.

What can you do?
