Anima - Society for the Protection of Animals in Macau's Annual General Meeting will be held on 01-06-2024!
The Board of Directors of Anima - Society for the Protection of Animals in Macau held a meeting on April 21, 2024, where they unanimously approved the 2023 financial report and the 2024 budget.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on June 1, 2024, at 4:00 PM at the Cat Paradise to review accounts and the Supervisory Committee report, and to elect new Board members for the 2024-2025 term. If you are a registered member of our association, you are welcome to attend the meeting!
If you wish to organize your own list, and you were a registered member of our association by December 31, 2023, please note that all members on the list must be registered members as of the last day of 2023. Members who attend the GA meeting or become a member on the list must have paid membership fees from January to April of this year.
Please submit your list in person to the Anima headquarters (Estrada do Altinha de Ka-Ho, Coloane; Dog Shelter) by May 24 at 6:00 PM. All proposed members must sign the proposed list, and all members must be registered with our association by December 31, 2023!
The list must include:
1. Executive Committee: three members - one president, one Vice president, and one Secretary;
2. Board of Directors: up to 23 members, with a minimum of 5 members, including one president , two Vice presidents , one Treasurer, and one Secretary. The Board may optionally include an Executive Committee composed of five to seven members, one of whom will be the Executive President;
3. Supervisory Committee: three members - one president , one Vice president , and one Secretary;
4. Ethics Committee: three members, none of whom may belong to any of the aforementioned boards. The president of the Ethics Committee will be elected later by the committee members.
