💔 3 MONTHS LATER… AND STILL NOBODY ASKED FOR HER 💔

How is this beautiful girl still waiting?
How is Ilona still unseen?

She was ready for her forever home.
After the home check.
After the promises.
After the 70 km drive to the vet.
After quarantine.
After everything was prepared for her UK journey…

One message changed everything.

“They would not proceed.”

Just like that…
her future disappeared.

And now?

She waits.
Again.

💔 Back in a shelter.
💔 Back in uncertainty.
💔 Back in silence.

For over 20 years we have rescued and rehomed dogs.
For 6 years we have safely rehomed to the UK.

But cases like Ilona break something inside us.

Because this is not paperwork.
This is not logistics.

This is a soul who believed she was finally chosen.

💔 THE TRUTH?

Disabled dogs wait longer.
They get fewer messages.
Fewer shares.
Fewer chances.

People see what’s missing…
instead of seeing everything that’s still there.

Yes, Ilona lost a paw.

But she did NOT lose:

🐾 her love for people
🐾 her hope

She still looks at humans like they are her whole world.

🥹💞 AND THE LOVELIEST, EASIEST GIRL HAS OFFICIALLY MADE IT HOME 💞🥹

Our sweet Diana — now Dana 💕 — had the smoothest transition from foster care to her forever home, and we could not be happier for her 🏡✨

From uncertainty… to safety.
From rescue… to family.
This beautiful girl now has not only loving parents, but also a furry brother and a whole new life ahead of her 🐾💞

She has already visited the beach 🌊
Enjoyed pub trips 🍻
And is clearly loving every second of being part of a real family 🥹

New Monday… new hopes, new worries… and another innocent life depending on us. 😞
Last night this terrified little baby slept in the shower of one of our kind volunteers because we simply have nowhere else for him to go. He was frightened, exhausted, and trembling after surviving horrors no puppy should ever experience.
But the heartbreaking truth is:
If nobody sponsors him, we will be forced to put him back on the streets. 💔
We cannot sleep from the stress and heavy debts. We are overwhelmed, but right now… we are the only people this puppy has. 😭
🚨🆘 URGENT HELP NEEDED FOR THIS BABY 🆘🚨
This poor puppy was found by a passer-by after being attacked by large stray dogs.
He was:
💔 Terrified
💔 Matted beyond belief
💔 Covered in ticks and fleas
💔 Crying and trying to survive alone
He was saved in the very last second.
He is only around 4–5 months old…
Just a baby, yet he has already known cruelty, fear, hunger, and suffering. 😞
Right now he is finally safe — but only temporarily.
🩺 We urgently need help to cover:
🚐 £130 transport to the capital Skopje
🏥 £400 quarantine & safe accommodation
💉 £120 basic veterinary costs
✂️ £90 urgent grooming — his fur is painfully matted and infested with ticks and fleas

Simba is Looking for His Forever Home 😍
This little boy had a family.
He had a sofa to sleep on.
Children to cuddle.
A home where he belonged.
And then… everything changed.
Due to a tragic family accident, Simba was surrendered to our rescue with tears and heartbreak.
No blame. No anger.
Just people devastated to say goodbye to a dog they loved deeply 💔
Now Simba sits quietly, trying to understand why his whole world disappeared overnight.
He waits by the door.
He follows every person with hopeful eyes.
He still believes someone is coming back for him… 😞
But nobody does.
And despite the confusion in his little heart, Simba remains nothing but gentle, loving, and sweet.
Not a single bad bone in him.
Just a tiny fluffy soul desperately wanting to belong again 🤍
