FRANCAIS FRANCAIS Élevage de chats Maine C**n de standard élevé qui attache beaucoup d'importance au bien-être des chats. Le nom de l'élevage est enregistré auprès du Lux Cat Club (Fédération Internationale Féline FIFé) et de la International Cat Federation. Je suis officiellement enregistré en tant qu'éleveur. De plus j'y ai absolvé avec succès l’examen d'éleveur. Veuillez noter qu'il y a une très grande différence entre éleveur et multiplicateur. Les chats grandissent dans une famille de chats ce qui leur donne une parfaite socialisation quand ils sont prêts à quitter leur nid. En tout, il y a 1 male MC, 5 femelles MC et 2 chats domestique. Un chat peut être gardé seul à condition qu'il y ait toujours quelqu'un à la maison ce qui est plutôt rare de nos temps. L'idéal serait d'avoir un autre chat chez soi qui ne doit pas forcément être MC. Un chat domestique fera largement l'affaire. La raison en est que le chat ne devrait pas être seul quand ses humains sont au travail. Il rest à soulever qu'un chat de rasse a un certain prix. Je suis persuadé que vous ne croyez pas avoir acheté une Rolex originale au prix de 50 €. Il y a deux sortes de prix. Le prix amateur et le prix éleveur. La différence en est que le prix amateur (qui est moins élevé) inclus l'obligation de stériliser le chat aux environs de 8 mois d'age. Dans le passé, certains intéressés ont réservé des chats et se sont ensuite rendu compte qu'ils ne pouvaient pas se le permettre financièrement. C'est pourquoi dorénavant un acompte de 200 € est demandé afin de faire une réservation. La réservation est confirmé dès réception de l'acompte. Comme les 2 parties s'engagent par cette réservation, l'acompte n'est pas remboursable. De même la délivrance du chats ne pourra-t-être refusée (sauf raisons médicales). Sans cette mesure, le but de l'acompte serait raté. Je vous prie donc de bien réfléchir avant de faire une réservation et d'envoyer l'acompte. Ceci ne veut naturellement pas dire que l'acompte ne comptera pas pour le prix à payer pour une prochaine saillie si entretemps l'intéressé pourra se le permettre. L'acompte est à verser pour chaque réservation. ENGLISH ENGLISH Maine C**n Cattery with high standards and oriented towards the well-being of the cats. The cattery name is registered at the Lux Cat Club (Fédération Internationale Féline FIFé) and at the International Cat Federation. I am an official breeder. I also passed a certification exam. Please note that breeder is not multiplier. The cats grow up in a bigger cat family and are perfectly socialized once they are ready to leave. All in all, there are 1 MC male, 5 MC females and 2 strays. A cat can be kept alone as long as there is always somebody home which is not the most usual in our current times. Best would be to have at lease another cat in the house which doesn't necessarily have to be another MC. A 'normal' cat would do just fine. The reason is that the cat shouldn't be alone when its humans are gone to work. Please note that a cat of a specific breed has its price. I'm sure that you wouldn't buy an original Rolex for 50 €. There are 2 types of prices. Fancy price and breeding price. The difference between them is that the fancy price which is lower includes the obligation to spay/neuter the cat at the age of around 8th month. In the past, there were people reserving cats and then realizing that they wouldn't be able to raise the money. This is why a deposit of 200 € is to be made at reservation. The reservation is only confirmed when the deposit is received. As both parties are committing themselves by reserving, the deposit is not refundable. Just like the cat can not be refused (medical reasons excluded). Otherwise the deposit will be useless. So, please think before you make a reservation and send the deposit. Of course, this doesn't mean that the deposit won't be good anymore for paying for a kitten from a future litter. A deposit has to be made for every single reservation.
