They slept through all the noise while I was washing pots and pans. They didn’t hear a thing and probably forgot I even existed in this house. 😂 But the second I had a shower, made my coffee, and quietly opened a biscuit wrapper—they came running from nowhere! Apparently, the sound of a biscuit wrapper is louder than anything else. 🍪🐶❤️

මම භාජන හෝදද්දි ඒගොල්ලෝ ඒ සද්දෙ මැද නිදාගත්තා. එයාලට කිසිම දෙයක් ඇහුනේ නෑ, මම මේ ගෙදර ඉන්නවා කියලත් අමතක වෙලා ඇති. 😂 ඒත් මම නාලා, කෝපි හදලා, බිස්කට් එතුමක් නිහඬවම ඇරපු ගමන් - එයාලා කොහෙන් හරි දුවගෙන ආවා! බිස්කට් එතුමක සද්දේ අනිත් හැමදේටම වඩා හයියෙන් ඇහෙනවා වගේ. 🍪🐶❤️

The world rushes somewhere beyond the gate, but here, time seems to have paused.

Two dogs rest beneath the warmth of the sun, their bodies relaxed, their eyes half-aware of the day unfolding around them. The rough ground tells stories of countless footsteps, yet in this moment, it belongs only to them.

The black dog watches the garden, listening to whispers carried by the breeze. The golden one faces forward, calm and steady, as if guarding not a house, but a feeling—a simple peace that asks for nothing.

No words are exchanged. None are needed.

In the gentle sunlight, beside the weathered wall and the growing plants, they remind us of something easy to forget: not every moment is meant for chasing. Some moments are meant for resting, watching, and simply being.
