Some believe there is a heaven and hell afterlife. We believe there is heaven and hell during life too. Tarquin was born in Sri Lanka and was mutilated by a psychopath when he was trying to get some fish as a starving pup. He encountered pure evil in his short life. He was rescued by kind folk and we took him on as we knew this pup would need extra care due to his disfigurement. Tarquin (renamed Albie) is now in the UK with a family who adore him and he has found his heaven in this cruel world. We only wish more persecuted souls were this lucky.
