After three years, the owner has finally returned. The two dogs we've cared for at CAPA since they left are now heading to their happy ending. Madam Loan, though weak and unwell, insisted on visiting the house where the dogs will live to ensure it's a proper fit for them. We all want to avoid any sad outcomes. Despite her condition, she managed the trip in a tuktuk. Good luck to the dogs, they look so happy! 🐶🐾❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Madam Loan rescued this dog from the market. Although we couldn't save his leg, he is now safe and resting. We hope to find him a good home soon. 😒
