APPROVAL WITHIN 24 HOURS YOU ONLY PAY $34 NO EXTRA PAYMENTS.”

🚫 This message is NOT an official communication from eTA Kenya or the Government of Kenya.

Many travellers have asked:

“If I have a stopover in another country, which is my country of origin or destination?”

✅ Here's the rule:

Your Country of Origin is where your journey to Kenya begins

Your Country of Destination is where you return after your trip

📌 Stopovers (e.g., Germany, Qatar, etc.) do not count as origin or destination countries in the application form.

A number of travellers have told us they’re not receiving the OTP (One-Time Password) needed to verify their email address during the eTA application process.

This is usually caused by:
📬 Delays in the system
📂 OTPs landing in Spam/Junk folders

✅ First, please check your Spam/Junk folder carefully
✅ Still no OTP? No problem — we can assist you by completing the verification and application manually

To get started, just send us:
1️⃣ Your full name as on passport
2️⃣ A clear photo of your passport bio page
3️⃣ Your intended travel date to Kenya

We’ve received many questions from travellers who notice that their eTA for Kenya expires a day before their planned departure. Don’t worry — you’re still good to go!

✅ If your eTA is valid until a certain date and you’re leaving a day or two after, there’s no need to update or reapply. Kenyan authorities allow for a little flexibility in departure dates.
