Introducing: June!

We have another new Kawakuji cat, Miss June!

This little kitty was found alone, old enough to fend for herself but still in desperate need of help. She was found two weeks after her possible siblings were captured, leaving her as a little solo kitty for now.

We can’t wait to see how she grows! Welcome little June!

Road to Recover for Mo ❤️

Mo has had it rough! Likely born premature, nothing has ever come easy to this little kitty 😢

Mama Tiger has been super watchful and made sure this baby is clean, well fed, and has someone to play with. If it weren’t for their foster parent, it’s likely only Mama Tiger would still be here today. We’re so grateful for the care and dedication our volunteers have, and it’s the love from those that support us that help fuel our fire for animal rescue ❤️

We’re so happy this little baby has pulled through, and can’t wait to see what the future brings 🫶

New Face! 🌸 Poppy! 🌸

Meet Kawakuji’s newest cute kitty, Poppy! This poor girl has been through it, but despite everything she’s a gentle, sweet, loving 8 month old kitten with a big heart ♥️

Poppy will still have to go through quarantine, blood tests, vaccines, and observation before she’s ready for her new forever home, but stay tuned to see how she develops and what kind of household she’d fit best in! We can’t wait (but we must!) ❤️

💉 Extra Care for Mo 💊

Little Mo was rushed to the vet yesterday after some worrying symptoms. He was given IV fluids and a full checkup including meds fit for a kitten. This little guy is doing his best and needs all the love and good vibes he can get.

The life of a kitten can be tumultuous and rough. It’s not always easy growing up, and some animals are more fragile than others. Mo is the last surviving kitten of his litter, but he hasn’t given up yet. Please think kindly for this little fighter, donate if possible, and like and share this post to help spread Mo’s story for encouragement and support in the animal rescue world. Orange Boy Full of Love

Rascal, estimated to be 3-4 years old, is STILL looking for his forever family! This lovely boy enjoys human company but not so much from other animals 😅 if you want a loyal, loving big guy then Rascal is perfect for the job! ❤️

While he has tested positive for FIV this is not a life-threatening condition and we know with proper love and care this boy has many, many years ahead of him to fill a family with love and companionship. Please consider a seasoned-veteran like Rascal, who’s done his time on the streets and is ready to settle down and enjoy the indoor life with his forever family 🏠 ♾️ 💕

The Bravest Boy!

Dewey recently had to have surgery - three infected teeth were removed! He handled it like a champ, of course 💪 And even better news, we can now line up his adoption date!

Dewey has been patiently waiting for the day he goes to his forever home, and with this life-changing surgery complete he can finally make the trip without any ailments! His new family has been patiently waiting (Dewey not so much!), and we’re all counting down the days until he starts the next chapter in his life as a family cat with a loving home ❤️ 🏠

A huge thanks to all our supporters and fans, your engagement and donations are what make surgeries like Dewey’s possible and give him the best start to his new life with his forever family 🫶 Thank you all!

Mama Anna’s Kittens!

Another big reveal! It’s been confirmed that of Mama Anna’s SIX kittens, she has ONLY ONE girl!! 😳

Lucky Mira has her five brothers, Astra, Nova, Comet, Elio, and Vega to protect her 💪 we’re so excited to continue watching these babies grow and soon find their forever homes!

We can now finally reveal that Mama Hina has three boys and one girl! Little Moana and her brothers, Hau, Koru, and Ari, are all growing up big and strong 💪

Celebrating Successful Adoptions!

Today we can finally celebrate some of our trial adoptions that were a stunning success! Mame, Chai, and Bandit have found their forever homes and we couldn’t be happier ❤️

We just know these kitties are going to have the best lives with their new forever families! 🙏 Thanks to everyone who made these adoptions happen! Foster families, supporters, donors, and fans alike all play a part in making sure every animal finds the place they belong 💕
