We love Boo!

Boo, our favorite (and currently only) hospice kitty is keeping everyone’s hearts full ❤️ this loving, playful, cuddly kitty reminds us all that life is what you make of it, despite setbacks and hurdles.

Boo’s seizures have gotten worse, gotten better, and since started to finally stabilize. It’s a lot of work to make sure his condition is under control, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. Thanks to all who support our efforts and allow us to give loving space for this cat to spend his days, safe and cared for so long as he shall live. We love you Boo ❤️

TNR: Vital to Animal Rescue

Kawakuji volunteers aren’t letting the heat stop us. We’re going full speed ahead as we TNR our way across Kanto Japan. All these kitties are living their lives outdoors in the elements, but their descendants don’t have to. TNR is vital to keeping the stray and feral population under control here in the land of the rising sun.

Thank you all for supporting us in these efforts, which are equally as important as the more glamorous sides of animal care ❤️

Poppy!!

Still dreaming of her forever home, Poppy is waiting for the right family to find her ❤️ while she gets along with other cats, she would prefer a home with one or two other friendly kitties max. She’s found herself in several different homes in the short span of a year, so finding a stable place to rest her head and relax would be best.

Poppy has met little humans before and been very friendly, and in fact loves people so much she wouldn’t even need a cat companion should her forever family be home often.
