𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚: 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁!

لماذا قمنا ببتر الذيل؟

القطة وصلت الينا بإصابة بالذيل أدت إلى تعفن الخلايا المحيطة، في هذه الحالات يجب بتر المنطقة المتأثرة و الحرص على إبقاء الخلايا الصحية فقط لمنع انتشار السموم .

خطوة بخطوة:

حلق الذيل كاملا وتعقيمه و تغطية باقي الجسم.
تحديد مكان البتر والذي يجب اختياره بناءا على صحة الخلايا المتبقية و موقع الفقرات الذيلية.
‎وضع رباط ضام لتقليل النزيف خلال الجراحة.

فصل الجلد أمام مكان البتر باستخدام Electrosurgical unit لتقليل النزيف
بتر الذيل من الفقرة المختارة.

إيقاف النزيف بربط و كي الأوعية الدموية والحرص على إيقاف
الدم.

إغلاق الجرح بخياطته و التأكد من عدم وجود شد زائد على
الجملد.
