Scoob (FKA Duke/Luke) is looking for his forever home! He can also be fostered, or foster to adopted, or adopted.
This handsome 4-month-old boy will effortlessly steal your heart! He is dog, cat, and kid-friendly as he has lived with all while in foster.
Dog friendly: He's been around dogs of all ages and sizes, from Great Danes to Jack Russels!
Cat friendly: Currently lives with cats
Kid-friendly: has been with 8 month old, 2 year old, 7 years old, 9 years old.
He walks well on the leash, he is good in the car (no car sickness, sleeps).
He is non-reactive towards strangers and wants everyone to pet him.
He knows some commands - sit & shake

He would thrive in a house with other dogs. He plays all day with t his foster siblings!

Approximately 2 years old
Mix-seems to be husky, shepherd, and something else
Weight-approximately 55 pounds
Male-neutered
Completely house trained-no accidents
Crate trained-can spend 8-10 hours during the day in his large crate, though it’s rare for us to keep him in for that long. He sleeps in his crate, but would love to cuddle in bed with his adoptive parents, if that’s something they’d want.
Playful-Goofy is a high energy boy that loves to run around, wrestle, and play tug- o-war with his foster brother. He loves to run, play ball, and chase rabbits the yard. He could do well with an active owner or playful dog. He must have a fenced yard.
He loves dogs and has been exposed to similar size (not tiny) male dogs, has not been exposed to cats.
He has been around toddlers and 8-year-olds. He’s great with the older kids but bumps into the toddlers sometimes. Though he is not aggressive at all, he’s probably best with kids 6 or older because he’s so playful and unaware of his size.
Goofy loves to cuddle his foster human (and may think he’s a lap dog), play with stuffed toys, and chew bones.
Goofy walks well on a leash but does pull when there are lots of people around.
He doesn’t know any commands yet. His foster is working on it but thinks he’ll need training. He’s young and has spent much of his life in a shelter.
He is pretty quiet, only barking when someone is at the door. He sees dogs pass by the yard but isn’t reactive.
He loves to ride in the car and will sometimes nap. His foster uses a mesh divider to keep the dogs from trying to join her in the front seat. Goofy is the total package-fun, sweet, and handsome!

He’s a submissive and shy dog, especially around new people and animals, but he’s highly adaptable and gets along well with other dogs.

This is Anna, but you can also just call her the most perfect beautiful sweet angel girl in the world. 🤪🩷🩷🩷 I’m OBSESSED with her!!!!! She’s SO friendly, gives so much affection and love. She greets you at the door so happy. She loves to lounge in bed and get belly rubs. She will paw you to show you she has the softest paws. She loves everyone she meets. She is a German shepherd, and she is 6 years old. A perfect age for not training a puppy, a perfect mix of chill and fun. Shes a go with the flow girlie.
Shes good on the leash, good in the car. I left her alone 8 hours for work uncrated & no destruction.

CALM HOME needed. (Restricted exercise) and URGENTLY to save his life. He has heartworms (not contagious- info at end of this post) & he is in the shelter & needs a safe way out of the shelter.

You provide the home, we provide everything else (food, supplies, vetting etc).

He needs a foster, and if you want to adopt we will make it official after he completes his vetting.

Our specific location: 1417 W Brigantine Ave, Brigantine NJ
