🚨 من الإسكندرية إلى المنصورة… المشهد يتكرر، وهذه المرة الفيديوهات تتحدث
ما حدث في الإسكندرية لم يكن كافيًا لإيقاظ الضمير؟
اليوم، من المنصورة، نضع أمام الرأي العام مجموعة من الفيديوهات التي توثق طرق جمع الكلاب من الشوارع، بمشاركة عمال محليات، وفي مشاهد يظهر فيها أيضًا وجود تابعين للطب البيطري، ثم نقل الكلاب وإلقاؤها في مناطق صحراوية، حيث لا ماء ولا غذاء ولا مأوى يحميها من الحر والعطش.
هذه ليست «إدارة لملف الكلاب الحرة».
عندما يُنتزع حيوان من المنطقة التي يعرفها، ويُنقل بعيدًا، ثم يُترك في الصحراء بلا مقومات للحياة، فنحن أمام موت بطيء لا حل لمشكلة.
هذه مذبحة يجب أن توقظ ضمير العالم.
والأخطر أن مصر أعلنت توجهًا لإدارة ملف الكلاب الحرة ومكافحة السعار بطرق علمية وإنسانية. فأين تتفق هذه المشاهد مع التعقيم والتطعيم والسيطرة المنظمة على الأعداد؟ وأين الرقابة على عمليات الجمع والنقل والتعامل مع الحيوانات؟
نحن لا ننشر فيديو واحدًا مقتطعًا من سياقه.
ننشر مجموعة من المشاهد، ونتركها أمام الرأي العام والجهات المختصة لتجيب:
من أصدر أوامر الجمع؟
إلى أين نُقلت هذه الكلاب؟
من المسؤول عنها بعد نقلها؟
وأين الماء والغذاء والرعاية البيطرية؟
وكم كلبًا مات بعيدًا عن أعين الناس؟
نطالب بفتح تحقيق عاجل وشفاف في الوقائع التي توثقها هذه الفيديوهات، ووقف أي عمليات جمع ونقل عشوائي للكلاب، ومحاسبة كل من يثبت تورطه في تعريض الحيوانات للموت أو المعاناة.
الرحمة ليست رفاهية، وإدارة الحيوانات ليست إخفاءها عن أعين المواطنين وإلقاءها في الصحراء.

🚨 From Alexandria to Mansoura... the same scene is happening again, and this time, the videos speak for themselves.
Was what happened in Alexandria not enough to awaken our conscience?
Today, from Mansoura, we present the public with a series of videos documenting how dogs are being collected from the streets, with the involvement of municipal workers. In some footage, veterinary personnel also appear to be present. The dogs are then transported and abandoned in desert areas, where there is no water, no food, and no shelter to protect them from the heat and thirst.
This is not the “management of the free-roaming dog population.”
When an animal is forcibly removed from the area it knows, transported far away, and then abandoned in the desert without the basic necessities for survival, this is a slow death, not a solution to a problem.
This is a massacre that should awaken the conscience of the world.
Even more alarming is that Egypt has announced a policy aimed at managing free-roaming dogs and combating rabies through scientific and humane methods. So how can these scenes be reconciled with sterilization, vaccination, and the organized management of dog populations? And where is the oversight of the capture, transportation, and treatment of these animals?
We are not publishing a single video taken out of context.
We are publishing a collection of footage and placing it before the public and the competent authorities, who must answer:
Who ordered these dogs to be collected?
Where were they taken?
Who is responsible for them after their removal?
Where are the water, food, and veterinary care?
And how many dogs have died far from public view?
We demand an urgent and transparent investigation into the incidents documented in these videos, an immediate halt to any indiscriminate capture and relocation of dogs, and accountability for anyone proven to have been involved in exposing these animals to death or suffering.
Compassion is not a luxury, and managing animal populations does not mean hiding animals from public view and abandoning them in the desert.
