Nani® began with a question: why should pet accessories compromise between beauty, durability and comfort?

As an architect and pet designer, Francesca Grolla imagined a different approach: accessories designed with the same attention to proportion, materials and function as any other object of contemporary design.

🧡 Forrest, Francesca’s Maltese, inspired the need. Design gave it form.

Francesca Grolla, architect and pet designer, created Nani® to offer what she could not find: accessories that bring together exceptional quality, lasting durability, refined design and genuine comfort for the dog and owner.

With Marco and Forrest by her side, that need became a design project.

For those who share their lives with a dog, a leash is never just an object.

It is perhaps the simplest, most everyday expression of a relationship: a thread that follows each step, shortens the distance between two worlds, and quietly reflects a bond built day after day.

That is why, for our final September campaign in Vogue, we chose to place the leash at the centre. An essential piece, crafted in premium leather, designed to accompany you for years and develop character with use.

Through hot-foil customisation, words, thoughts or small messages can be impressed directly onto the leather: a discreet way to make it personal, and to leave something of your own on an object made to stay with you over time.
