EasyRack project was born in Campania(IT), after years of confrontation with other breeders, with the aim to make more pleasant and easy the organization of their animals and reduce the space which they occupy, without setting aside their welfare and their needs. The structures easyRack have a frame made by galvanized steel. The comp
lete structure is made without welding, to avoid alteration of the materials over time by rust. For this reason, the profiles are fixed to the frame by aluminum rivets. The entire structure is stiffened thanks to the presence on the back side, according to the type of the frame, by one or more bars in galvanized steel, which at the same time block the sliding of the tanks at the margin of the panels. The joints that allow the assembly of the structure are made by PA6 material. The panels are composed by honeycomb polycarbonate and allow to insert internally heating resistances and the thermostat probe. This allows a normal flow of the tanks. The tanks are made by polypropylene alimentary without grooves or protrusions, perfect for a quick cleaning. Available in transparent or white colors.

Il progetto easyRack nasce in Campania, dopo anni di confronto con diversi allevatori, con lo scopo di rendere l'organizzazione dei propri animali pratica ed efficiente, ottimizzando gli spazi a disposizione, senza però mettere da parte il loro benessere e i loro bisogni. Il nome easyRack prende spunto proprio dal facile montaggio che la struttura comporta, infatti l'intera operazione richiede non più di qualche minuto. Le strutture easyRack hanno un telaio in acciaio zincato. L'intera struttura è priva di saldature per evitare l'alterazione dei materiali nel tempo da parte della ruggine. Per questo motivo, i profili sono fissati al telaio con dei rivetti in alluminio. L'intera struttura è irrigidita grazie alla presenza sul retro, a seconda della tipologia del telaio, da una o più barre in acciaio zincato, che allo stesso tempo bloccano lo scorrimento delle vasche al margine dei pannelli. I giunti che consentono l'assemblaggio della struttura sono in PA6. I pannelli che delimitano gli scomparti, sono composti da policarbonato alveolare, I quali permettono un normale scorrimento delle vasche e allo stesso tempo consentono di inserire al proprio interno le resistenze riscaldanti, nonchè la sonda del termostato. Le vasche sono in polipropilene alimentare, prive di scanalature o sporgenze, perfette per una rapida pulizia. Disponibili nella versione trasparente o bianco.
