Noor Sanctuary in Mazandaran Province - Nowshahr has started its activity in 2010. This organisation, under the supervision of Mrs.Mitra Shafie, a philanthropist, started its activity as a hospital with the aim of sterilizing, vaccinating and sheltering sick and injured dogs. Mrs.Mitra Shafi, who previously worked extensively in the rehabilitation and orphanage centres, decided to build a shelter
to address the plight of stray dogs. The center is now home to 400 abandoned and injured dogs. Uncontrolled breeding and irresponsible pet owners have resulted in a serious pet overpopulation problem in Iran, and drastic measures are needed to curb the ever-increasing number of stray homeless dogs and cats. Noor Sanctuary’s goal is to deal with the repercussions of pet overpopulation. And to help to decrease the spread of disease as well as the risk of injuries such as bites or scratches from these stray animals, living on the edge of survival. We are in need of public donations and sponsors to start the sterilization plan at the provincial level and then the country also to treat the injured dogs. پناهگاه نور در استان مازندران - نوشهر
فعالیت خود را آغاز کرده . این پناهگاه به سرپرستی خانم میترا شفیع از خیرین نیکوکار فعالیت خود را به عنوان یک شفاخانه شروع و با هدف عقیم سازی ، واکسیناسیون و پناه سگهای مریض مشغول به فعالیت است . خانم میترا شفیع که پیش از این خدمات گسترده ای در زمینه درمان معتادین و سرپرستی کودکان کار داشتند امروز بر آن شدند که شفاخانه ای احداث کنند برای سر و سامان دادن به وضعیت سگهای بی سرپناه .
هم اکنون این مرکز پذیرای سگهای بیمار در شفاخانه هستند و سگهای سالم اطراف محل پناهگاه غذارسانی میشوند . برای آغاز طرح عقیم سازی در مقیاس استانی و بعد از آن کشوری و درمان سگهای آسیب دیده به فکر جمع آوری کمکهای مردمی برای پناهگاه نور میباشیم
خوشبختانه مساحت و جای کافی برای اینکار موجود است . سگها عقیم شده ، واکسن زده بعد از طی دوره نقاهت به محیط باز میگردند . و بدین شکل اقدام به ایزوله کردن تک تک استاهای کشور نموده که هم از نظر زیست محیطی به نفع انسانها میباشد و هم از دید حیوان دوستی بیش از این سگهای بی سرپناه آزار نمیبینند . دوستانی که مایل به کمک برای تحقق این هدف هستند میتوانند به ما در فیس بوک پیام بدهند یا از طریق وب سایت پناهگاه اقدام به کمک
