A little poem taken from poetry book written in Camberlay, UK.
This photo is of “Camberley Kate”, the lady who roamed the streets with her “stray dogs” cart and picked up all the abandoned. It is said that during her lifetime she rescued and gave a loving home to more than 600 stray dogs.

Today I honor this inspiring lady and her legacy, she dedicated her life to saving dogs, and being kind to all animals.

After one dog tested positive for the COVID-19 in Hong Kong last week, people got increasingly worried about the safety of their furry friend, and whether they can get the infection and transmit it too. Well, experts tell us that is not the case.

According to the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD), Hong Kong, the samples from the dog's nasal and oral cavities had tested "weakly positive" for the COVID-19. This is the first time that a dog was tested positive for the virus. The dog showed no symptoms and was put into quarantine and will be repeatedly tested until the test comes back negative.
According to World Health Organisation and AFCD, there is no evidence that pets such as cats and dogs can be infected with the coronavirus. This is beacuse while the dogs might test positive for the virus, it doesn't surely mean that they have been infected.
